  • Ridiculous to get customer service or to cancel

    We have been trying to cancel for several days now. They keep sending the same email asking for the same information so it gets sent and they still won’t cancel and delete the account. They don’t follow paydays so money gets withdrawn early. Don’t use this app at all if you want to be able to have regular contact with customer service.

  • Scammers & Does not work

    I must’ve downloaded this app a long time ago and forgotten but I really have never used it much. Anyways, just received a $2.99 charge today out of nowhere from these people, so somehow they charged my card out of the blue without my authorization whatsoever, they don’t have a website, instead you have to use their app that does not work and supposedly hasn’t worked since early October so how I could just get charged out of the blue when the app never even worked for me to subscribe to anything is beyond me. They have one support email that does not reply, i’ll be contacting my bank, thanks

    When you sign up to be a Credit Genie member and connect your bank account, you agree to a $2.99 monthly fee for maintaining your bank account connection. The membership fee does not have any association with advance qualifications. Users are advised of this charge prior to connecting their bank account.   • I’d give 0 stars if I could

    This app will charge you money only to deny you their services repeatedly. My bank is accepted, my income, balances and spending habits meet all the requirements…yet I have been denied every day for two weeks. Not going to waste my time trying for a third week. That’s not even mentioning how terrible the app is. Half the time it doesn’t even work.

    Don’t waste your time or money on this app…these people don’t want to help you.

  • Do not recommend

    This app is horrible. You might be offer 100 one week and then 5 another week. Yes $5 -although paycheck did not change. Asked customer service for help and they were rude and said it’s automatic and there was nothing they could do “we will shut down your account after your repayment.” I did not ask for that I asked for help. Thanks Eve-lyn. I recommend Earnin, Brigit, Dave, empower, anything else. Stay alway from this rude company.

  • Stuck on Saving Screen After Putting in my Bank Info

    Like the title says, it’s been stuck on the saving screen for hours after I connect my bank via Plaid. I close the app and reopen it and end up having to put in my bank info all over again. Which is a bit annoying but not the end of the world. But it still gets stuck on the saving screen.
  • APP DOESN’T WORK!!!

    Tried numerous time to connect my bank, it connects “successfully” then when it says it’s saving it it never does. Every time I go to the app I have to reconnect my card so I have been unable to get an advance because I can never get pass this step. Sent multiple emails with no response. This app was made as a copy cat of the other advance apps but it doesn’t actually help you. Just there for sure and I’m certain the good reviews on here are fake because there is no way anyone likes this app. I should have listened to the reviews.

    i’ve emailed them and told them about somebody stealing my stuff and putting my information on their app. No one has responded back to me and i did a police report and told them whatever money they put please take it back i wasn’t the one who made the account. Customer service don’t work they keep saying it’s takes 3 business days to respond? which is really stupid to me if i’m telling you something i think there should be a number you can call. I am taking legal actions against them and the person who used my information to put on this app.

  • (SCAM) DO NOT USE

    I have been being charged $2.99 out of my account for 3 to 4 months. Never using the service I signed up to see what I would qualify for it you get charge for a bank connection fee literally no other services do a charge like that also when I log back into the app to disconnect the account after learning that this was being charged. It stated that my account was disconnected so how are you able to still debit my account if it is not connected

  • No Way To Connect with customer support.

    Only way to connect with customer support is to email them. There is no live chat option or contact number. This app connects to my bank account and I feel as though being able to speak with someone right away is important. Obviously they don’t feel the same. Customers should be number one priority since if it wasn’t for us there would be no need for your services. I have no other issues with this app and would love to give a great review.

  • Does not work no support

    This app was fine until this week. It does not read my bank information. I have installed and reinstalled. I don’t delete my bank account because I will be told I can’t add it for 60days. No help from support and it has been three days. There is no other way to contact support and it’s frustrating. Is someone going to contact me before I delete my bank information and close this account. The comments are very condescending from developers and they advise what we should do, but they are not responding. Their response was poor when finally received.. BEWARE: If you send more than one email requesting assistance, per the response I received, your request will be placed to the back of the queue. They simply have a poor communication method and not enough people to assist. If they did not have such a delay in responding they would not have a backlog of emails.
