  • What a joke

    This card and the company that runs it is a massive joke. I was locked out of my account for a VENDING MACHINE CHARGE!!! They sent me the text message asking if this was fraud and I immediately replied NO this is not fraud and it was me that made the purchase. After getting my food from the vending machine that YOU all allowed me to purchase I was then automatically locked out of my account minutes later.

    Upon calling customer service and telling them that it was NOT fraud like I did in the text message the first time I was then told that a ticket had to be created and I had to wait 48 hours to use my card. I am now unable to get the gas I had planned on getting after work to get home.

    I am canceling this childish card and sticking with my REAL capitol one card.

  • Ditch the app use the website on a computer!!

    Ditch the app use the website on a computer!! The app is horrible. You cannot complete basic functions and customer service is useless. However I found that using the website on my computer works much better and I was able to update my auto-pay without jumping through hoops with customer service!
  • Most difficult app.

    I have never had so much trouble with an app while trying to make a payment. The app. tells you to specify a card and then tells you to go to “manage card payment “ there is no such thing on the app. It’s so frustrating. I also called Prosper because my statement says I have a payment due soon. The app says zero due and so did the representative. Very confusing app/company.

  • The app is horrible so is the company

    I never had more trouble than this company they literally are ridiculously make excuses for things they mess up saying my bank rejected and payment reversed to charge me fees, took 3 years before they send physical card, they send messages saying thanks for the change to receive statements paper and electronically never made that change I had it always to be paperless electronic only because they charge fee for paper statements. Not happening. Definitely working paying them off and shutting down anything to do with them. The nightmare stories on BBB on them to do loans etc they low high risk scam finding ways to get more money or lying to get fees Don’t believe they even in USA. Never get anyone speaks clear understandable English Triggers my stress related illness dealing with them. Dread trying to get on them I didn’t make no changes on how I receive statements delivered. And they won’t get away with charging for paper statements I never authorized to be done.

  • Horrible Customer service & accepting payments properly!!

    HEADS UP!!! Don’t apply for this card! U’ll be getting some really nasty service from the customer support as much as from the supervisor n not much options on making payments. Oh n is less to say u can’t even access to ur account online to check or make any payments. All u get is excuses after excuses why u can’t access ur account online (we r working on it, try to refresh the website, try login on a later time). N all the reviews r HORRIBLE!!! I should have check the reviews b4 applying for this card. I have other credit cards n never, ever encountered any issues like i have with this card!! SO UPSET 😡😤!!

  • Bait and switch

    I got approved for $1500. Had it less then a month and only used it for three small gas purchases. Paid in full. Got home today and got a message with no explanation given with my credit line being reduced to $500. When I called they said that my credit line was reduced due to delinquency on my credit. I have all my debts paid off and my cars paid off this year. I told them if they wanted to alter the contract so soon after establishing if I couldn’t have confidence they wouldn’t do so further and that I wouldn’t waste my time. I closed my account immediately. A shame because they have a good app. I wanted to do business with them but I’m sure that this is how they trick people to stay with their card. I wouldn’t suggest ever utilizing their services in the future.

  • Can’t update payment method

    Changed bank accounts, and have been trying to update my payment method to make a payment on my account and can not do it through the app. Have not heard anything from customer service have waited on hold for nothing. I loved this card up until this and now because I have scheduled payments that I can’t change or update this has negatively effected my credit score this card has the worst customer service. Also have had this card for almost a year made my payments on time and still no credit line increase. I can keep going but this card has horrible customer service.

  • Very Very Upset

    I applied for this card as a subsidy to my bank account for groceries or gas. The customer service is horrible. I had a name change in April and I have had to jump through all these hoops to update my personal information. Now I am locked out of my account. I was told by their generic email server that I have to mail in documentation of my name change. I did. I mailed a cover letter with my updated information as well as a copy of my new drivers license and a copy of my new social security card. They never sent me a new card. And then had the nerve to tell me I had to call to update my email address. I did that today and the person John I spoke to was completely incompetent and useless. So was his "manager". They locked my old card after I told them I needed to go grocery shopping this weekend. I can't wait 7-10 business days for a new card. The idiot John told me to go to another store that takes Apple Pay. Why should I be inconvenienced for their mess ups? The app is horrible too. I can't wait to pay off this card and be done with them.

  • Card is good, app is terrible

    Prosper really needs to put a little money into app development. People cannot access the app. When I actually can access the app, I sometimes can’t access my balances! So what do I do? I go to my browser to log in manually and the browser sends me over to the broken app!
    Thankfully I’m on auto pay so I won’t miss a payment but I was trying to pay down a bit extra today and can’t navigate the app. Frustrating, and not the first time its happened this year either. Please get your app squared away so that people can interface with their credit card. We have entrusted our financial health to you and most of us want to do right and build credit, don’t mess us over with a bad app that causes people to miss payments and drop their credit score.

  • Terrible access to card and info

    I have a prosper card, I also have a card through Capital One and few others, this is the only card that I can’t login on a computer to see and change my info to my card, I have to use the app. Fine that’s great except the one thing I need to change which is most important information of all is how are you gonna pay your BILL! I CANT CHANGE MY DANG BANK INFORMATION through the app. This is the most infuriating thing in the world. And since I can’t access the information on a computer I have to call. WHY? I should be able to change my own bank info to pay my card.
