  • Works great

    The app works great, but loses one star for lack of clear instructions. Most of the reviews here deal with the credit card, which is irrelevant in regards to how the app functions. I will, however, address a few of the complaints I read here. Yes, your available credit will be reduced if your credit score takes a big hit. Most card companies monitor your score and will lower your limit if it drops a lot. And do not set your device as the primary device when setting up this app! It can cause transaction approval issues. Finally, make sure all the app security features are OFF if you are getting declined. The app is just a bit too complicated to not have better instructions. You have to use your brain.

  • Why?

    I hate their app. It seems that every month I make a payment I can’t get information off the app. It’s frustrating. They send me the same email every time but it still happens. I hate this app. Customer service is crazy. Heavy accent and rapid talking makes hard (I am hearing impaired) for me to understand them. I think they read from a script. Never really answered my questions. They did fix it last time but here we go again. I hate it

  • Payments take forever to post to available credit!

    The only Negative I’ve experienced with this card is the payments take forever to post, other than that I love my card, haven’t had any issues with items being declined, and I first started using my digital card until my physical card arrived. Another thing, for the folks whose transactions were declined check your alerts and make sure you don’t have anything disabled, that’s why I love this app/card. It’s easy to manage alerts and spending transactions as well as card on and off. I just turned my card off b/c my 300$ payment I made on the 1st haven’t posted yet.🤬 so b/c of that I’ll put this credit card on the back burner with credit one! Gonna pay it off and no longer use it and will cancel it next year before 39$ annual fee! I didn’t sign up for auto pay b/c I have 5 different bank accounts and never use the same bank for my payments. If available credit posted same day this will be an fantastic card!

    I downloaded the app for convenience and an easy way to pay but instead it’s inconvenient takes forever to load so slow that it’ll time itself out. It’s so annoying to the point I just call the number instead.
  • Unbelievable

    I have had a credit card with them for 6 months and already I’m on my 3 rd card because they keep saying that my card is lost or stolen. But it’s not! It’s so frustrating!!! I feel like I’m on the phone with them constantly because they are always screwing up!! It’s so unbelievable!!!! Such a headache since the day I opened this account! So they dream my card lost or stolen but I have the card then they cancel the account and I have to wait 2 weeks for a new card. So crazy!!!!

  • STAY AWAY!!!

    They approve bad credit and lie about doubling the credit limit just to lure you in. Then if you don’t pay the full amount like how others say the “ interest rate” takes the most of the payment. They only report if you use more than 25% so many months you’re out of luck.
  • Worst credit card ever!

    they put charge on my credit card before I even received in my physical address. It been over then business days and I called customer service to see where’s my card at, but they said that my card has been already activated and used by someone. I filed dispute with fraud department 3 times through out the month because first 2 times they customer service with Indian accents never reported my my disputes. My credit score dropped for 20 pints because of the charge I never made. Stay away from them!!!!

  • Terrible Card

    I wanted to use this card for Apple purchases on my phone and gas. The card declines every purchase until I manually approve them. Very annoying when you're physically at a gas station. I've called customer service and the fraud department multiple times and they promise it won't happen again. Happens EVERY transaction. Worst card I've had in my life.

  • App stopped working

    It won’t send me a security token to reset my password. Not even in the spam folder. I stopped using this card since it won’t let me sign in anymore.
  • Can’t see my balances

    Prosper card representatives are quick to pester you with phone calls when you own them money. But when it is time to deliver, they’re incapable of providing good services. I wanted to make a payement in advance, but it is been 20 minutes since I have logged in and my balance hasn’t shown up, yet. Once I finish paying my due, I don’t want to hear from you again. I will close my account and we can’t go our separate way.
