Worst app ever
They need to fix the issues on this app. It’s extremely frustrating. NOTHING WORKS. The autopay feature doesn’t work if you want to set a custom amount. I always have to add a second payment on its auto pay day. Ridiculous.SoAwesam
Not happy
I got an approval $1300 earlier today and it says I can use 50% of my approval “instantly” just to download the app. I selected new user entered my email than it asks for the card number that I obviously do not have yet to verify the account. I also tried going through the website and it redirects me back to the app. I called the 800 number on the site and person on the phone said she would redirect it to someone else. I still haven’t heard from anyone and I also submitted an email request. I don’t understand why they would put down on the perks of just signing up that you have access right away when you really don’t :/Show lessCyntin222
Never updates your balance
I’m so annoyed with this app. I cannot see updated daily balances. I have had 3 refunds, and the app will not reflect this in my transaction history or statement balance. How am I supposed to know how much money I owe or can spend?!?! I called customer support and they too were no help. FIX YOUR APP!!Show lessJansindk
Won’t let me access my account
Keeps asking me for credit card number even though I’m supposed to be able to use my card right away how is that possible without a credit card number that’s crazy it says just use email on site and click new user and still asks me for thatelvori352
Not Worth It
Was approved. Downloaded the app. Checked the following day and I already have the $39 fee due and I’ve not even received the credit card. It’s even more frustrating that I cannot manually add my bank to the app to make the payment. I’ve tried 3 days straight and still the same error. I hope this gets better soon.Show lessScrappy009

I honestly do not like that it takes 5 days to process a payment made and then how they restrict your card instead of calling you to solve an issueNyToAtlHair

This app is a joke!! Takes you through the whole process of adding your bank account. Then nothing will show up!!! In the year of 2022 and your having an on going issue where you can’t add your bank account!! BULL CRAP!!!Mark6071
Fix Face ID
Please fix the bug that causes the app not to remember Face ID. I’ve set up Face ID multiple times but still have to log in with my password every time I open the app.tahcee98
Not Funtional
Prosper suggest downloading this app, logging in with email and I will gain access to 50% of available credit while waiting on my card to arrive in the mail. Don’t bother
I have been trying set up my new account for over two hours and even customer service can’t help. They don’t even have a technical support department! I’m a above-average tech savvy so I know what I’m doing…this app and company are horrible and I’m going to cancel my account.Winozzle
