  • Garbage

    Pay your Prosper card and loans off and close your accounts with this company. Nothing but issues from app development all the way to transaction processing and customer service. Every single transaction I make, it restricts my account and locks my card before they even send out the verification email lol No, it isn't a "security settings" issue because I have absolutely none on my account. My credit is too good to be played with by Prosper. Adios

  • Prosper app is worthless

    After trying multiple times to get into my mobile app for Prosper, I just gave up. I called and got someone that sounded maybe Chinese or Filipino or something, certainly not an American employee, and they were worthless. barely understand his speech. He tried to tell me to download another Prosper app, which there is none to download. As soon as I pay it off which is going to be very soon, I will be closing this ridiculous little card.

  • Worse credit card EVER!

    If you enjoy having your pay channels cancelled (Max, Starz, Paramount +) when the monthly payment is due, or ANY membership like Walmart+ because the transaction was “declined for possible fraud”
    then by all means, THIS IS THE CARD FOR YOU!! I have quickly learned that this is NOT the card for me, but since we’re penalized for closing accounts I’m stuck holding onto this useless excuse for a credit card…account. I took great pleasure in cutting the card into pieces & throwing it in the trash where it belongs!! Balance will be paid ASAP.

  • App is slow and now won’t even open after update

    This is one of the most infuriating credit cards I have ever had. I have to literally open the app before making a purchase to ensure my location is available so the charge won’t get declined. Ordering online is next to impossible. And now they released an update yesterday and the app won’t open at all. It keeps stating I need to update the app because the version I have is unsupported. I did update the app, tried force closing it, restarting my phone, but still no luck. Super annoying.

  • Confusion when starting with this card

    Unlike most other cards, it is very confusing at first. You have to check specific transactions and approve what stores, vendors who sell nicotine or alcohol. I had the same thing happen at a restaurant. Later found out it was because I needed to check the box saying it is ok to use at a merchant who serves over 21 alc. I will say after you set it up. It has worked. I also would strongly recommend not using the offered e-card for purchases prior to receiving the real card, even if it is for a “great discount”. It adds confusion. Almost impossible to call and resolve. Also, with so many merchants being hacked and people being DISHONEST honest, make sure you do not have, unless wanted the box checked for installments or repeated. Or a company who is not honest could bill you as many times as they would like. It is extremely difficult to explain on the phone. Honestly, other then the app issues I am having right now, it has been ok. The set up and issues I had at the beginning were a rough start. I had one merchant attempt to charge over 10 times for a 1 time charge. Thank goodness I had already learned how to prevent this and had my settings to protect myself vs having to call. Overall, it has been good. If you just have the patience to make it through the rough start. Be sure to really read and find the page where you select your specific choices.   • Fix the app please

    My app is not working and when I go to the website to pay my bill, it just keep loading. I appreciate the credit line but you have to do something about the app. I don’t wanna go put my routing and account number to automatic service to have to pay my bill every month, I’call customer service. They said that there is no problem but obviously it is because I’m not able to pay my bill through the mobile app you need to fix.

  • Horrible

    The app updated about 21 hours ago now the app longer works. It’s in a consistent loop saying that you need to update the app when it goes to the App Store there is not an update link just an open link and goes right back to the loop telling me you need to update the app.
    I have deleted the app, reinstall the app still doesn’t work, and when you click the customer service link in the app, it says that the page is not found, come on guys you gotta do better.

  • I can’t log into my account

    Every time I open the app and tells me there’s been an update and to download the update in the App Store. I go to the App Store and there is no update to download. I try to login from the website and it sends me back to the app for the app to give me the message that I have to go download the update. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it and still cannot do anything. So now I cannot look at my account at all

  • Non functioning app and website

    I paid off my account and now cannot access anything either on app or on website. It looks like the app was recently updated. However when I try to open it states that “This version of the app is no longer supported”. I uninstalled and reinstalled app and same thing. This is beyond frustrating. No problems removing money from my account but can’t get a functioning app. I will be keeping this card solely to keep credit utilization low but will only be making purchases on cards with a reliable track record.

  • ABSOLUTE WORSE CARD EVER !

    My credit line was reduced because I couldn’t access the account to make a payment prior to the due date , I reached out to the card company and after being on hold forever I finally got a representative who took my payment over the phone prior to the due date only to out that the payment was never processed , and I repeatedly had to call back in until it was confirmed that they had actually received my payment. ! And each time afterwards I have been charged a late fee although I have never been late ! I will pay this card off in full within the next few days and never ever return to or recommend them to anyone ever !
    Now I can’t even access the card because it says that I have an outdated version of the app, however there isn’t any way to update the app, so I will have to call in again for assistance to completely pay this account off and make certain that it is totally closed !
