  • Find another card

    I first got this card to help repair my credit. I have never missed a payment but they randomly lower your available spend! Yes, LOWER! When I called to see why it was lowered the rep said because of delinquency. Here’s the thing, I have NEVER missed a payment and had literally just paid my balance off in full! So instead of helping build my credit, they just keep hitting me by reducing my availability. It’s one of my oldest open trades so I’m not going to cancel but I will never use this card again.

  • Supposed to help build credit but it’s horrible

    Horrible for credit building…. I have an 1100 balance and I pay 100 a month but they are charging 36$ in interest PLUS MAINTENANCE FEE!!! I had auto pay initially for the minimum but while looking at statements realized it was taking away my payment just by the interest alone and maintenance fee!! So pretty much my balance was getting higher without realizing! As soon as I pay this off I’m closing account. Granted they are great with upping your credit limit, but this is only a good card if you plan off paying off full balance each month.

  • DON’T OPEN A CARD WITH THIS COMPANY!

    This is the CRAZIEST card I’ve ever heard of or had!!
    Basically, they will decline mostly every purchase you make! They say it’s so no fraud can be done but after you open the card, I began getting weird phone calls.
    They also want to know where you are any time you want to buy something. Doesn’t matter if you tell them, nine times out of ten your purchase will be declined!! I’m so happy that I didn’t charge much on this card because I’m paying it off QUICKLY and closing it!!! Please don’t be duped by this company!! They seriously aren’t worth your time. There are other cards out there that are MUCH BETTER than this one!!

  • Run very far away from this card

    High interest. Terrible customer service. The app is trash. Never works. Can’t ever log in. Just don’t do it.
  • DO NOT GET THIS CARD

    Horrible! Overcharge that I tried to have removed for over 2 months…They removed the wrong charge (lesser charge) after countless phone calls…OUTSOURCED calls, I closed the account within months of having it. Buyer beware!
  • Payments

    App continues to crash when I try to add a second bank account for payments. Same thing on the website. It’s annoying how I can only get one account on there and to make the payment I can only use one account and have to transfer funds more frequently on my end before I can make a payment
  • Love the card but app is trash

    At first I didn’t have an issue with being able to log in but for months the app will not open for me and keeps asking me to change my password. When I try to do that the save button to continue doesn’t work. Tried online as well and it’s the same thing. I even have the Face ID set up but it still doesn’t let me log in anymore.

  • The worst

    This cc app shows statements too small to read. There’s no option to make a payment and there’s a $30 fee for late payment even though there’s no payment option on the app.
  • Horrible Service

    They forced password change. Then app won’t send email for token. Advised only option is to get app to send email. No option for text message and calling or sending email to support doesn’t get any support. They just say they can’t help.
  • Closed account on day I received card

    You know that awful feeling when your card is declined in the checkout… I experienced that day one with this card. Then I got a text saying did you make this purchase. After selecting yes, it said the card was good to use. Declined again. Then a text to call the fraud department. Fraud department couldn’t figure out, so transferred me to customer service… yep, still in the checkout line. Then a man came on that I could not understand. The only thing I understood is you can’t use your card at Walmart for 3 weeks. Say what? Thankfully he understood “close my account”, and I used a more reliable Credit One card to complete my purchase.
