Interest Rate
So I pay $100 a month on a $1150 balance and only $70 is good and the other $30 interest charges oh wow card gives good service but interest rate kills you I can only imagine if I paid the minimum which is $40 so that means only $10 is my real payment this is a ouch for me ask to change my payment date to a week later I am told that’s not available hard business to have credit with By the way thanks ProsperShow less2023DAT

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
MyProsperCard is an absolute disaster! If I could give it zero stars, I would. This card has been nothing but a source of frustration and disappointment. Where do I even begin?
First off, every single month, without fail, they have the audacity to charge me an extra dollar for who knows what reason. It's like they're trying to nickel and dime their customers to death. I mean, come on! A dollar may not seem like much, but it's the principle of the matter. If I'm paying for a service, I expect to know exactly what I'm being charged for, and this shady hidden fee is just ridiculous.
And let's not even get started on the fact that I've been waiting for my card for what feels like an eternity. I followed all their required actions to get my hands on this elusive piece of plastic, but all I got in return were empty promises. They assured me time and time again that the card was on its way, and I even called their customer service department a whopping 10 times over the past 6 months to check on the status. Each time, they fed me the same rehearsed lines, making me believe the card was just around the corner. But guess what? It never showed up!
At this point, I'm convinced they don't even have a card to send out. It's either that or they're deliberately stalling to keep my hard-earned money while offering absolutely nothing in return. It's a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and it's incredibly infuriating.
MyProsperCard is undoubtedly the worst card I've ever encountered. Their sneaky fees and non-existent customer service are enough to make anyone regret ever getting involved with them. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this card. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable and honest provider. Trust me, you'll thank me later!Show lessOscar Wilden

My limit was reduced because I missed a payment!! I missed a payment because I couldn’t get on the website to pay!!!!!! Soon as I can get on, I will pay off my balance and cancel card!!! This is supposed to help your credit, not destroy it because you can’t get your app together!!!!TrixieWubs

Auto-pay
Will not me select the account I have on file to use for auto-pay. Tried to log in on the browser instead and it forces me to use the app that’s literally not working. 🙃Jkkelly0512
Can’t Pay Bill
Trying to pay my bill for 2 days. Nothing I do works. Absolutely RIDICULOUS and FRUSTRATING! Called customer support and after waiting 20 mins, I was hung up on. It shouldn’t be this hard!!!!!lah-lah mishayle
