Can’t pay bill
The app has been acting up all day and I can’t pay my bill and now it states I’m late.. I have never been late. This is crazy. Will try to call to see if the will remove the late fee.jahmarar1
Avoid like the plague
This is the WORST company in history to deal with. Their customer support team acts with wanton disregard for customers, and there is zero internal recourse. The overseas support department tells you no supervisors are available and will only transfer you around the system until disconnected. It literally took reporting this company to the state attorney general and a letter from the consumer protection agency to finally get them to reverse an annual fee being charged on an account that was closed weeks prior to fee being implementing. Then being told it will take up to two billing cycles to see the reversal and that I’m responsible to keep paying interest on that until the credit appears on account. Luckily CP contacted on my behalf quickly and miraculously the charge disappeared same day they received contact from consumer protection agency.
SAVE yourself the days/hours on phone with support or lack there of, and avoid these rip off artists. Prosper bank, prosper funding etc, are all tentacles of the same greedy invertebrate, stay away and find a more reputable bank/lender to handle your needs. I have screenshots of all interactions and can verify / back up all. If this review saves one person the stress and aggravation, it’s worth it’s weight in good. Does not work
The app does not even load or open at all when I click on it just closes right away tried deleting the app and reinstalling and nothing same thing over and over please fix thisCriz508
App Doesn’t Work
As a new Customer it’s disappointing to see this Company can’t keep their App in working order. I can understand the terrible rating and reviews. Thankfully I don’t owe much and will be canceling my account do to the lack of interest this Company has to keep things running smoothly as possible for it’s Customer’s. If you think about it, it’s not easy to find great Customers and when you do find them, you treat them as badly as the bad one’s, not having an running App to where balances and payments, etc can be easily accessed is absurd. It’s unfortunate that I’ll be terminating my account but it is strictly because Prosper doesn’t care enough to engage nor care enough to get things in working order.Show lesszxxreed
Have to use website
After the app keep closing after the apple update you have to use the website to check your balance or pay your bill. But in order to login via website you have to pick use password instead and sign-in that way. Or google prosper card once on the website pick credit card and sign in that way opting not to use the app just in case you cant use the app.Show lessTequelas
App doesn’t work
I have to re-enroll in FaceTime every time I access the app, which makes it basically useless and tiresome. It enrolls and works for a day and then stops working. It also takes a payment 2 weeks to reflect your proper available credit, longer than any credit card in the history of mankind. If we can’t even get basic things like FaceTime, which has been out for 5 years now to work, I’m not sure how much trust I have in a bank to protect my credit.Show lessTheRequiem

App needs updating
The app will not load at all with the latest IOS release. Would just login using a web browser but it automatically sends you back to the app which does not respond and force closes. There were issues before but this is by far worse.DivaDQ
