  • APP DOESN’T RESPOND CORRECTLY

    The app needs an update. When you set up Face ID on your IOS device, it doesn’t work. Needs an update to IOS 16.4.1 Pre-release. It doesn’t respond.

  • Laggy

    App is very laggy, and interface isn’t great. I have to set up Face ID every single day when I check my account information. This needs to be fixed to make this a better interface. I thought I canceled a payment because of how slow this interface is as I like to pay off my card every month.

    I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. I have been very happy with the prosper card and customer service when I have reached out for help. It did take a bit longer than usual to get the card but I was able to use the card in the app until it came in which most cards don’t do that.
  • Good app when the login works

    Good app for checking balances, tracking activity on account, and nice security feature that will verify my phone's location in relation to a charge being made. Only issue so far is that the app will force me to manually login every time I try to use it. After logging in, it will offer to "enable Face ID", which I choose each time. Checking the settings, it will show that Face ID is enabled for future use. Leave the app to use other apps, come back to the Prosper app, it will yet again require manually logging in with user name and password without allowing use of Face ID.

  • Loved the app until today

    I received a promotion in mail, and applied. I was approved. Downloaded the app, the card was late and that was ok. So I received a settlement and went to pay 400$ on my card: I have two accounts listed on app to make payments:1 for automatic payments so I’m never late and the other account that I can make an additional payments. The account I make additional payments show up in the 1st account but listed under the second account. When I called my bank to find out why the 400$ wasn’t pulled out they said I’ve never paid this card from this bank account. I call my other bank and it shows I’ve been paying this card with account. That’s fine no biggie. Why can we add another bank but it won’t pull out from it. It’s so weird how it shows it was pulled from that second account on the app but it wasn’t, it was pulled from the 1st account. Anyway, the 400$ payment didn’t go through prosper said I had insufficient funds when I noticed the account was restricted ,which wasn’t true, I had the bank send statements showing I had plenty of money due to my pay check and settlement in that account. Customer service said all I had to do was make a 30$ payment and it would be unrestricted. My payment was due yet, I’ve been paying early and on time with automatic payments drafted. Two days later it’s still showing restricted. I call back to find out why yesterday 2/2/23? The lady said it take 10 calendar days. Okay no problem. Not using the card anyway. Now the app won’t let me in. Saying server issues. Please fix this issue and please fix the issues payment. Idk why it’s pulling from a different bank when I select the other one. Super odd. When issues is fixed I’ll post a better review! Thanks

    I’ve been trying to manually put in my payment information and it just won’t let me. How am I supposed to set up autopay when you won’t let me put my info in
  • It worked for Apple

    I was able to add the virtual card to my wallet. If you created your online account at the time of application, the app should work using that login information. Once you are logged into the app, you can add the card to your wallet from the app.
  • Don’t get this card!!

    I was extremely unhappy with this card. Unable to register an online account . Unable to get through. None of the associates speak fluent English. Work tickets it through that were never fixed. The entire situation made me pay the account off and close it. The worst customer service EVER!!!!
  • Great card and app

    It just works. Every time. I got my card and it bailed out Christmas.
