Not sure why people are giving the app such bad feedback. It’s smooth, easy to access and definitely well designed. I don’t see the issue. They approved me for a great amount of credit, and are now helping me to meet my credit repair goals?? What more could I ask for? Unable to register account
I’ve tried multiple times on the website and on the app, on two different devices - an iPhone and an iPad, both with the latest version of the OS. When I attempt to create a password, neither the app or website will allow me to enter numeric characters.Ivan.S
Don’t waste your time
BEWARE!! I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service to resolve a fraud issue with my account since January. No response to emails or help desk tickets. Every time you call you’ll spend over an hour on the phone trying to get in touch with anyone who can help, only for them to tell you they’ll send an internal email to another department who “will be in touch soon.” Have followed up multiple times with no success - am still waiting to speak with someone as promised in January. Something needs to be done with the mechanics of this app. Im always having issues getting on the actual site. Right now, all im getting is an orange screen, with the prosper logo. Cant get to my account to even make a payment. Please fix the bugs asapMsgdgvfjb
Garbage.
The app is buggy and extremely outdated. Tried making payment over phone 2x. Issues both times. My bank bcu (target and geico credit union) has many locations throughout the Midwest and across the country. Unable to link account to make a payment due to janky process.
If you are going to come to market it should be done correctly. Discover and cap one are going to sweep this country into the dustbin of history.Show lessinsightboi

Avoid these scammers, they don’t even have a phone number listed. If you’re lucky enough to find a number it’s over a hour wait to someone who doesn’t speak English and can’t even help you.EddieAppleReview
