The app is trash. And even tho I pay my other cards off (didn’t even use this one), my credit line was decreased 3 months later because they felt my usage for my overall credit was too high, even tho I paid it. I only downloaded the app for the convenience of using Face ID to log in except it only works on days I sign in and set it up. Next day? I have to use password to sign in and set up again… Every single time… the $20 a recurrring apple payment I do pay on this card is auto paid on the due date except that takes forever to process so every month I carry a balance… overall disappointmentShow lessFancee Simone

Worse credit card

This is by far the worse credit card. I got approve for 1400$ and was waiting for my card. After 10 days my card came in the mail. I activated it by calling and spoke to someone to help with activation. An hour later I went to the app to where it said my card was “restricted” because of FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES that’s a lie cause my card never been used, no purchases had been done with my card. They said interpose have to lift the restriction and that they will call or email me… 4 days later STILLLL NO CALL. I’m canceling this Stup!d card.Show lesshaileyamora
Defective app
I haven’t had the card for long, but so far no issues. The issues I keep having are with the app itself. I am unable to make a payment!! I have tried manually and automatically and neither work. I have tried deleting the account and downloading 4 times now and it still freezes and/or does not work when asked to do certain commands. I hope it’s fixed soon so I am able to make payments without using the 1-800 number!!!Show lessCarra Castro
Payments take forever to be available
It’s takes so long for the payment to be posted to your account for available funds made a $600 payment it withdraws from my bank account Monday posts to my card on Tuesday and yet it’s the following Sunday and still has not been made available for fundsnick wit it
Can’t get my virtual card
It ask me for my email address and then ask for my cc number. What? You tell me. I’m waiting for the number myself because it promises utilization of 50% once approved. What a mess.Carlosgjksjjdndndn
Approval was easy. Registering for the app, not so much
After approval, you need to register as a new user and provide your email to get a security token to continue registration. Easy enough except the security token never comes…nrwranich
So frustrating
Applied a month ago through Credit Karma and I still haven’t received a card. They bait you with 50% credit available instantly but you can’t actually access that because you need a card number. And guess where that card is? Yeah, I don’t know either.
This is a card meant for people with lame credit like mine. I’ve never written a review but this one I just had to do. I’m embarrassed by this company and I’m embarrassed by my lack of credit responsibility which has led me to settle for a piece of *^%# like this.Show lessMYAYLA

They say you can open your account right away using this app but they don’t send you your account number so you can actually create an account in the app.
I have to wait for the physical card that should arrive in the next several days.john.merced
