  • I feel incredible!

    I’ve followed Meg for years on YT and IG and I use her supps, so I figured it was finally time to take the plunge with SBTD. I’ve never tried a program before but now I get the hype - the app calculates what weight you should try (and adjusts as necessary), there are example videos of every exercise, the layout is so easy to navigate, and I can already feel progress (and I’ve gotten compliments that I’m looking stronger too!!). Plus, at $2.50 a week… that’s cheaper than a coffee! This program makes me feel so good about my training and I can’t wait to see the changes that come of it. 10/10 recommend!!

  • Great workout program for Guys

    I started doing this program with my wife 3-weeks ago. It is a great program even for guys. I base this primarily on the fact that it focuses on the 4 primary power lifting movements and uses percentages to determine weight/rep sets. Plus there is an exhaustive library of movements to sub for your specific equipment set-up at home. Although I am very comfortable in my manhood, one. suggestion is to give us guys the option to use ‘King’ instead of ‘Queen’ in our stats.

  • Best training app on the market

    I’ve been lifting for about a decade now, switching between gyms, trainers, and programs (mostly powerlifting focused) and this is hands down my favorite program I’ve ever used. I love lifting the big three but I would get so bored with other programs with no variation week to week. Not anymore! I am so pleased with the attention to detail in this app, the variations/substitutions, and the fact I can use it in my home gym with limited equipment. This is not an easy program but you can absolutely fit it to your skill level and access to equipment. I’ve already learned so many exercises in my short time using the app. Do yourself a favor and start this program!

  • Absolutely must have

    This app is great for beginners, experienced, or just trying to get back into it. I love how there’s videos that show the workout and has a written explanation. This app is literally dummy proof— don’t know what a superset is—explained, don’t know how to do a workout- video and explained. I love that it keeps track of your lifts, has a progression, and it feels almost like a high five when you pr! I can go on and on about how much this has helped me!!

  • Love the program but app not working

    I paid for access during the Black Friday sale but can only access the web version as the app isn’t recognising my membership from signing up on a browser and wants me to have a subscription through the App Store.

    It doesn’t work out as the same amount of money as I’m based in the UK so it’s trying to charge me £99 a year not $99 - the conversion rate means that’s actually more money to pay through the app and I won’t have the deal I signed up for.

    I’ve tried to get support about this a couple of days ago but haven’t heard anything back.

  • Almost perfect!

    I love the new update! I’ve been following along with the program for about 2.5 years. The app has been a game changer and there have been some small bugs here and there, but overall the experience has been enjoyable. I’d like to suggest the option to toggle between a month and week view in the stats tab. It’d just be nice to get a quick view of my previous workouts across an entire month at one time! Other than that, the programming is great and I love the overviews of the current training cycle.

  • Awesome App!

    I love the Stronger by the Day app! It has 5 days a week plan for gym or at-home, but you can really do however many days you want a week. It has a set amount of sets/reps to do but you can customize them if you want to do more, less, or a different combo. You can choose from a list of similar exercises to substitute in case you don’t have the same equipment. Lets you know how many reps and weight you did of the same exercise last week and all of your workouts are saved to your journal in the app so you can track it. I love that it helps me keep track of everything, has a new plan every week to keep my interest with the variety, and seeing/feeling all the gains!

  • Amazing program and app

    I’ve been following SBTD for over two years. The program is AMAZING and I didn’t really care for an app but I will say this app has definitely enhanced my training. It has a lot of great features and my favorite one is probably being able to substitute exercises which makes the program even better because you feel like you don’t have to miss out on any training if for some reason equipment is not available. I look forward to seeing the improvements the app will make, and look forward to being part of this community!

  • I Love This App!

    I’m not really sure where to start — I love this app and all of the features it offers! The program comes at a great price point, and it never feels like I’m doing the same thing every week. Each day includes a warmup and conditioning, and the program itself allows for customization. My favorite thing about the app is that it calculates your new training max for you! Overall, it’s super well-developed, and I’ve recommended it to many of my friends who are looking to get stronger!

  • Fantastic App & Program

    I’m not a fan of weight lifting but this program and the community around it have been amazing. The workouts are always different, but I saw results fast. It tracks EVERYTHING! I love not having to remember what I did before, and earning a training max is so satisfying. I like group fitness and I feel like this helps me to find that feeling at my regular box gym. Totally worth the price and simple to cancel if needed.
