  • Great content, SLOW app

    I like the workouts and the structure.

    However, accessing the instructions or substitutions for workouts is a good 5-10 second commitment for a page load. As I use the app more, it matters less because I have it memorised or have found workarounds, but it can be a frustrating user experience.

    The app so much to an already fantastic product - the program. The support is brilliant and it is being continuously improved all the time. So financially achievable too!
  • Awesome App & Lifting Program

    Been doing SBTD now for almost 2 months and I love it! The app is great- super easy to use. Only changes I could hope for would be for more edit ability for previously completed workouts and to be able to see and complete a previous week’s programming once a new week turns over. I’d like the ability to go back and do workouts I may have missed to make it up, but can’t. Overall though, I love SBTD. I had lost a lot of motivation for working out (coming off of CrossFit because it got too expensive) and was looking for something new to motivate me and this was it! I feel eager to get in the gym and get that check mark for the day. Completing the workouts makes me feel very accomplished. The program is simple, easy to follow, effective and SO reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you Meg & the Stronger by the Day team!

  • Deep Gratitude

    I’m recovering from many vicious cycles: addiction, sexual abuse, domestic violence… this app has given me a direction, a coach, another Strong Woman, to admire, to connect to, to take instruction from. You have empowered me to do my own thing and do it well. I can’t say how thankful I am for this app. Every base is covered from instructional videos, written directives, and even regular routines with a way to record all your progress! Hands down best subscription I have, and to be honest, worth way more than the price tag. I love you and God bless you always.

  • Has made an huge difference in my training!

    Love this app! I can’t say enough good things. I appreciate the structure and progression it’s provided to my strength training! The app is so well organized and gives you all the info you need to do the exercises (video demos, how to figure out your weights, stop watch, notes, etc). I like the gym or home workout option. It’s totally worth the subscription! I’ve always hated the gym and felt super intimidated but now I’m excited to work out!

  • Great app

    Love having each section with the exercises, detailed programming, ability to adjust sets/reps/weight and how it keeps record of everything. I especially love how it keeps track of my training maxes for the main lifts and automatically suggests the weight to use based off my records and the written programming for the day. Each exercise has a video demo and written explanation, plus several subs in case you can’t perform a specific exercise for any reason. I also like that I can see the week of programming at once and just chose which day (day 1-5) I want when I need the flexibility to switch the programming days around. I haven’t used the conditioning portion yet, but love how it’s incorporated and I can toggle it on or off for the day! There are some glitches from time to time, but the team has been extremely responsive and quick to try and resolve them as they pop up. My only (minor) issue with it is the app wants you to enter the reps/weight from left to right versus trying to fill in the weight down the vertical side of the page - it will automatically scroll back up to the most top empty box. Seriously minor issue that I personally don’t care for but I still think this is a five star app for sure!!

  • Great progression-oriented program and easy useful app

    The program is great but I already knew that. App is easy to follow and keeps track of your best last attempts for each exercise. It tells you when ready to advance to your next training max. It allows for substitutions in two clicks, with clear demonstrations of each move. It allows to log your warm-up sets and even add sets if you want. It’s so seamless to use, it takes two seconds to log data or verify a move, so you’re not glued to your phone, you’re actually training! I’m a huge fan. It’s much easier than when I was following without it, before there was an app, but I stuck with it at the time because the program is that good. Kudos to Meg and the team!

  • The app/program you need for strength gains

    I love the SBTD program. It’s smart. It works. When the team came out with an app, I was jazzed! It’s so much easier than trying to write everything down myself. I love that it calculates my loft amount and tells me what weight I used the last time I performed that specific movement. Substituting moves on for injury purposes is really quick. And you can even adjust what you record for each set (time, reps, weight, cluster, etc). The team continues to do an amazing job of adapting with customer feedback.

  • Absolutely loving it so far (program AND app)

    Initially I was hesitant to start SBD bc I wanted to use the app and was reading all the reviews about glitches. I decided to go for it and it has been amazing so far. As I understand it, they are designing the app in-house and not with a 3rd party developer so there has been a learning curve but what you get out of it is something so customized to this program. It also seems like they have been reaching out to users for feedback on the app a lot and making changes frequently to adjust for things, they are a much more nimble than other big apps. Anyhow, long story short I highly recommend - great work y’all. ♥️

  • Love the app, love Meg

    App when originally released was pretty buggy. But it seems to mostly be fixed - apart from the infrequent crashes but it does remember the exercises you’ve already entered so it’s not a big deal.
    All in all, the app is great, can just turn up to the gym, pick your day and follow the instructions. Includes gif demonstrations and also substitutions which are perfect to avoid Bulgarian split squats (or a busy gym with equipment not available).
