  • White Screen

    This app doesn’t work. Like at all. It’s a blank white screen.
    On top of that their website version doesn’t support Safari. You know, the default browser on all iPhones. In the year 2024.
    Your app/site are bad and you should feel bad.
  • Broken

    App does not load or work properly. At first it was somewhat functional. After the recent update it loads to a blank white screen and does nothing else. I don't understand why providers use this is for a patient it is not functional.
  • Doesn’t work

    Stuck on a white home page constantly even after deleting app and redownloading. Doesn’t matter nothing shows up just stuck on a white page.

    The app has been difficult for me to access from the get go. After setting up my account, I have had to reset my password more times than I can count, even JUST after resetting! Now, it won’t even open on my phone, just a blank white screen. This app is NOT user friendly and makes it especially hard for people with mental health issues to connect to their provider.

    Can’t even click on next to verify my personal info. Seems like a buggy, clunky app and for people who need mental health assistance???? Why would you do this to us?? Jerks.
  • White screen. Never loads app

    I assume this is simply an issue where the app does not run on older versions of iOS even though it says 15.0 or newer. Probably says that just to ensure healthcare companies buy and use this app?

    At any rate, does not work on 15.8.2 currently.
  • Horrible

    Some of the worst software I’ve had the displeasure to use on a smartphone in the past few years. App just seems to be at a white screen and I can see another reviewer has had the same problem. How this isn’t fixed yet is beyond me for an app that serves such an important purpose.

  • App is basically broken

    Like the title says. This app basically doesn’t function properly. Opening it just brings up a blank white page with no ability to log in.
  • White Screen

    I was trying to access my app to see what time my appointment was. Thankfully I checked my email to find out but all the app shows is a blank white screen. How am I supposed to access my appointment and if I can’t of course it’s going to be my fault and will have to pay. Thanks to this app people are having to pay $100+ late fees because the app stopped working! FIX THIS APP!

  • Unable to log in

    Setting up the app for the first time, facial ID was selected. I didn’t have a password to log in. Worked successfully once but now every time I try to log in the facial ID recognition does not come up. I ask to reset the password and when I click the link provided in the email it tells me that the link has expired or been used. I can’t log in at all to check my appointments or pay my bills.
