  • Terrible

    This app is terrible. I can never hear my doctor or I am unable to un-mute myself and when I can they cannot hear me, I cannot hear them. This is a waste of space on my phones storage capacity. We end up having to just use normal phone calls.
  • Needs better mic options/compatibility

    I’ve used another telehealth app in the past that allowed me to use my earpiece that includes a microphone as the speaker and the microphone. This app does not thus limiting my privacy during sessions. I have to use my earpiece as either the speaker or the microphone. Please fix this.
  • Very user unfriendly

    Offices don’t understand how it works

    It does not delete payment information even if it appears to be gone. It is stored in the background.
  • So far so good

    I had a very easy time downloading and creating my profile. Easy peasy.. not sure why all the bad reviews but next month I will have my first appointment and if it goes badly I will edit my review but if it goes smoothly I will leave 5 star! Everyone who has a problem rates… always… but people who have no problem usually don’t rate keep that in mind….. good app useful easy to set up and sign in.

  • Bug makes it unusable

    The one thing I need to be able to do with this app is schedule appointments. And yet every time I try to use the “request appointment” feature and fill out the drop-down menus and select everything, I consistently get a “Facility Uids must not be empty” error. I have logged in and out. I have tried every different appointment type. I filled out everything, not just what is required. I deleted the app and reinstalled. It did nothing.

  • Double billing

    Charged twice for one appointment! Waiting for response from provider. If no remedial action is taken immediately will bring charges of fraud through my banking institution!

  • Frustrating!

    I can never sign into this, which makes me late for my appointments even though I start the sign-in process 15 minutes prior to my appointment! Fortunately my provider is always willing to work with me on making our appointment happen anyway.

  • Honestly this app is really bad

    Yeah so it keeps charging my debit card even though I took it off of the app and it won’t let me save my insurance so I can’t have my insurance pay for my therapy thanks this helps a lot (not really)

  • I really hate to be this guy but…

    This app needs a lot more testing. Echoing what others have said, it gets in the way of healthcare more than it enables it. I don’t know if the amount of regulation in the industry can be blamed for this, or something else, but the results are really disappointing. Most recent frustration: I open the app to join my telehealth appt, but am forced to download a software update for the telehealth SDK that makes me over half an hour late. My provider was willing to meet with me after that and to not bill me for a missed session—others might not be so lucky. As insult to injury, the camera was broken after the update. As a developer myself, I can imagine that it hurts to read all these frustrated reviews. But BRO, I don’t recall signing up to be your beta tester.
