  • I’ve left 3 providers after they switched to Miyo

    Title says it all. This platform is horrible. It doesn’t recognize your email associated with your account, it doesn’t says it offers FaceID, but every time you try, it says it has expired.

    The only working function is billing (not surprised). If you are a provider considering this platform, do your clients and yourself a favor and find an alternative.

    Thank you for your feedback. Push notifications are on our current roadmap for 2023. In the meantime, users receive an email notification when they receive a secure message. We are sorry to hear about your experience with MYIO and we are committed to improving your it in the coming months as we add features.
  • Needs push notifications!

    There are no push notifications available for the app so patients have to rely on watching their email to know if they have a message from the practice. This is very difficult for most people especially when people already get so much junk email advertisements. Please consider adding! Otherwise has been working well

  • Horrible

    Recently had to use this app to fill out a form for an appointment and it felt like it was designed by someone who has never designed an app in their life with how bad the interface was for roughly 150 inputs. Couldn’t even skip the ones that didn’t apply to me. Felt like schoolwork getting through this form.

  • Absolutely unusable

    I use an IOS device. I needed to reset the password. I clicked the link to reset my password and it said it would send me an email to reset. It did and I clicked the link. It sent me to the MYIO website, not app, said my browser was not supported, and when I clicked the use this unsupported browser option, it took me back to the original reset my password page! Which I used and the loop went around again. This is the worst app imaginable.

    Hi Kate, thank you for your comment. This is a known issue we’re currently working on repairing. Our recommendation is to reset your password on a computer, or use Google Chrome instead of Safari as the default browser on your phone. This will bypass the loop. We apologize for this inconvenience.
  • Terrible issues connecting to session

    I can complete forms but I cannot connect for a session. I get lost in a loop asking me to connect through another browser then message to use app then even with password I cannot go to session

    Hi there! Telehealth sessions are intended to be launched from the MYIO app, not your phone’s browser. We recommend logging in to the MYIO app, and then joining the telehealth session. Please visit our help site for more information: https://www.valant.io/myio-help/
  • App works great

    Not sure what’s up with the bad reviews because I downloaded the app and made my account and had my dash board within minutes and no issues. It’s very streamlined and easy to use, no bugs or crashes experienced. Solid app, deserves more recognition.
  • Unusable

    I have been trying to set up an account for hours but it’s so incredibly buggy that I want to give up. Just loads and loads and loads then session times out and I get kicked out. It’s ridiculous and infuriating.

  • This is not a good app

    It doesn’t allow you to save the password. It doesn’t let you answer security questions. And it’s way too easy to get locked out of the account, essentially if you have ADHD this is not a good app at all.

    We're sorry you're facing issues with your password! Password reset instructions are sent to the email address associated with your MYIO account, which is managed by your practice. Please work with your provider to regain access to our MYIO account. You can also enable password management, Face ID, or Touch ID from your iOS device to save your password.
  • Hoping me doctor leaves this app

    It feels like you’re giving your information to a scam. i’ll update this review if it turns out true. be prepared to restart the app 7-10 times before getting through any kind of form

    I have been trying to upload my son’s information for his first appointment. The website and app will not let me access anything! I keep getting the same questions, none of which are address, phone number or security questions! When I try to log in it keeps telling me to put in a valid phone number even when I say email for preferred contact and asks me the same questions over and over then finally says “all done”. I log in again and go through this cycle all over again.
