My boyfriend and I used to use Splitwise, but having to manually input all the information and switch windows between the app, my credit card account and my bank account was an annoying and time consuming step that made balancing our charges more of a chore. With Tandem, it’s really easy — just swipe on a charge and it automatically splits to whatever ratio you tell it (you can also customize if needed for certain charges). It takes seconds and I no longer need to set time aside each month to go through and input charges. I love it!brynnekuntz
Dream come true!
My partner and I constantly split everything we do and were using spreadsheets/venmo, which got exhausting. We were contemplating getting a joint credit card but had few options. When we found out about Tandem, we screamed of joy! This is a great solution for couples and recommend it to all of our friends. Great for couples!!
This app makes expense sharing for couples so easy. Before Tandem, we would struggle to split costs and relied on the “buy every other meal” approach, but little expenses add up and it’s hard to keep track! Tandem is a game changer for us!! We settle up less and feel confident expenses aren’t falling through the cracks. Also, though we split 50/50, the functionality to edit the split ratio seems really useful.

Perfect app to split expenses
We were previously using splitwise and this app made splitting expenses so much easier. Transactions load in quickly and you simply swipe right to split. A few features are missing but I hear they are working on them!!tashikins
Healthy relationship financially
Sharing my review here might not impact a lot of people but it will impact people that is looking for an app that helps the economy flow of a relationship work. Me and my partner use it for everything from rent to utilities to trips and even last minute vacations. It’s all people want in such a simple way. Just add the amount and choose the percentage and you are done! They do the math for you, they highlight who owns who and even filter by category. What more can you ask for? Super recommended.Veibrac
Life changing for a couple!
Being able to so seamlessly track and split spending has been a game changer in our relationship and has provided a lot of insight into our spending habits and imbalances we were totally missing. One feedback would be when we “settle splits” via Venmo it doesn’t automatically reset us to 0$, we have a to go in after and say we settled w “other” means. Thanks tandem!Where the XP tho

As far as I can tell, this is the only app that solves this problem. And it does it really well. Super simple setup for both you and your partner, and splitting is literally just one swipe.

Must have app for couples!
This app has made splitting finances with your significant other 20 times easier! Instead of me having to Venmo request my fiancé, 1 million times a week this makes it an easy one click request. Good app
Been with my boyfriend for 9 years and we always would use notes on our iPhones to track our finances. Now with Tandem it’s earlier to track and split instead of using notes and a calculator to track expenses. Thanks tandem!Jenpina01
Great for managing expenses for couples
Really easy to swipe transactions to split with your partner and to add manual expenses if needed. You can even adjust the split so it doesn’t have to be 50/50 for everything. I wish they would add a feature to review past transaction that were split after you settle up but I’m sure they will add soon!Josie21010
