I recently discovered this when I was trying to figure out how my boyfriend and I can manage our mutual expenses. This is a great tool to be able to split items and keep everything organized and visible between two people. I highly recommend using this app.avira20

Tandem has been awesome for my partner and I. We had been using Venmo for years and it became so annoying trying to track spending back and forth between my bank app and Venmo. I also like that Tandem allows you to do manual expenses. I love it, no complaints!farrahd211

Lifesaver
My partner and I got tandem right when we moved in together and it has made shared expenses sooo easy. Omg. This app has eased so much stress by making it so easy to split costs with my partner. Before I would literally write down all of our expenses and tally them up and then we would use Venmo, but this makes it sooooo much easier and gives peace of mind to know how much we owe each other at any given time. My partner and I have always randomly decided who would pay for each shared expense. When we saw an ad for Tandem, we decided to try it out and now we’ll never go back! Tandem allows us to split every shared expense with a custom ratio to accurately reflect each of our incomes. It’s a great tool to get a clear picture of your shared expenses and figure out if one of you is paying more or less than their fair share. Some folks are turned off by the idea of making your partner pay you back for every little thing, but that’s not how we use the app. When one of us “owes” the other money, that person will just pay for whatever the next expense is to settle things up.
