    The Lumi team really knows what they’re doing. My stylist worked closely with me to understand my preferences, and the results were fantastic. I can’t wait to see what outfits I get next!

  • Lumi made fashion easy for me

    I’m not very good at picking out clothes, but Lumi has been a life-saver. My stylist chose outfits that I would never have thought of, and I love them all. The app is so easy to use, too!

  • Scam - don’t waste your money

    The app and supplementary materials are poor quality and not worth the $. Customer service is more interested in being right versus doing the right thing for customers not satisfied with this misleading purchase.

  • Awful, scam, all bots.

    The clothes they eventually let you look at (1 outfit at a time once you’ve had a painfully slow ‘conversation’ with a bot) could be bought on the high street for less money.
    Their app has many pop ups that charge you immediately, despite their money back policy stating they require express acceptance from the user to charge you for anything - some pop ups you can’t even get out of.
    Their customer ‘service’ is all bots and they will just flat out refuse to do anything to help you at all, even though their app doesn’t follow their own policy.
    Absolute scam, just avoid like the plague 🙄

  • Waste of money - but they have good marketing

    I don’t understand how stylists can make clothing recommendations without ever seeing what I look like. They have no idea what colors look good on me. They have no idea what styles would look good on my body shape. All of the conversation that I had with the initial stylist felt very ChatGPT like. If I just wanted to browse clothes on H&M‘s website, I could have done that myself.
    The best part about this app is your marketing department. Your advertising made this sound like it was a very unique and exciting idea. I was super excited to pay the subscription price to meet an actual stylist who would give me genuine recommendations. The “monthly session“ is nothing more than a chat via text through the app which feels like you are conversing with ChatGPT. It’s not a phone call, or a FaceTime video for the stylist to see what you actually look like. You are chatting with a bot.
    My negative review has nothing to do with the price, because I was extremely willing to pay it. So they got me for the first month and yes, it was a waste of money, but I’m not upset about it.
    If you are able to search up a specific style on Pinterest and get many pins displayed to you with outfit ideas, that is exactly what this app will do. But you can do it for free on Pinterest. If you have absolutely zero idea how to Google or search on Pinterest, then sure, you can give this a try and waste your money.

    This is a scam, you have to answer series of question, need to subscribe first to continue but once subscribed you can’t cancel the first subscription. Avoid this app if you are just exploring unless willing to loose money while trying.

    Lumi has made fashion fun again! My stylist, Sarah, is fantastic at suggesting new styles and pushing me outside my comfort zone. It's been a great way to discover new looks I love. The best part is feeling confident and empowered in the clothes I wear. Plus, it's like a monthly surprise box - I always look forward to seeing what outfit Sarah picks out for me!

    I was hesitant about online styling services, but Lumi surprised me! My stylist, Olivia really took the time to understand my preferences and curated outfits that reflect my style. While a couple of pieces weren't quite my taste, the overall quality of the clothes is excellent. I love the versatility of the outfits and can easily mix and match pieces. The return process is also super easy.

  • A scam

    I tried to cancel but was only able to cancel on going subscription. Every part of this company is a money pit. I signed up for an outfit but that is not included in signup. Do not sign up.

  • SCAM!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    When asked for a refund after finding out what a scam it is (within 12 hour window of purchase) they did not approve this. This product is not worth the money, you can find the same info on a google search from various articles/blogs! When purchasing it states a 30 day money back guarantee, but does not detail their exclusions!!! This was their reply: Regarding your refund request, I completely understand how you feel. However, our money-back policy has guidelines, which, unfortunately, don’t cover personal or financial reasons: Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.); Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into a subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc).
