  • Severe misrepresentation

    Severe misrepresentation in their advertising - they get you run through a series of 39 questions with the representation that they will provide a suggested looks plan for you and then when you eventually get to the app there is nothing curated to the survey results and it is full of pop-up after pop-up to get you to upgrade services! They also say you can get 100 percent money back, which is another misrepresentation as when I requested it immediately upon entering the app and seeing that it was not what they advertise, their support team replied that the money back guarantee has two exclusions and they do not refund for Personal Reasons which they define as a user not getting what they expected - or rather what they were promised!

    Yesterday morning, I found myself scrolling through Instagram and came across an ad about updating my wardrobe and looking my best for my age. I thought, "Why not?" I figured I’d just close out if it wasn’t for me. But as I started answering questions about myself, I got more into it, and suddenly, I had a session scheduled with a stylist. Tiffanny, my stylist, was awesome! She picked out an outfit that’s perfect for work but can also transition to a dinner date with my boyfriend, which makes me feel great. When I mentioned I needed comfortable dress, she quickly found me a cute cocktail dress that still look good with business casual attire. Honestly, I thought I’d be chatting with an AI, and this would be a waste of time, but Tiffany totally got what I was looking for. I’m actually excited to get this outfit, and I’ll update my review once it arrives. Plus, trying it out didn’t cost a ton, which is a bonus!

  • App/Service is confusing

    I’m a busy executive mom of three and when I saw an app that seemed to make getting clothes easier I signed up for a year-long subscription right away. What they immediately do not make apparent, is that they do not provide you outfit recommendations directly through their app, but you have to schedule a call with a person/stylist and that too only available very far out and at times that are very inconvenient for me. 8pm was the only timeslot for the next three weeks and I’m typically putting my kids to bed at that time.

    I don’t have the time to sit on a call with a stylist each month. I have three children! I would appreciate automated recommendations based on the questions that the app asked me on my figure, style, and general attitude towards clothing. I would’ve been prepared to purchase those clothes right away. But now I have to wait three weeks to speak to an actual human at a time that’s terribly inconvenient for me.

    There was nothing, absent human intervention, that would allow me to procure outfits or clothes directly through their app, which I also would’ve been happy to do. The service is confusing and inconvenient for busy professionals.

  • Waste of money

    I’ve had two styling sessions and neither were successful. The first one the stylist took way too long to respond and put together outfits, and both completely missed the mark. A second session was set up with another stylist who tried very hard but doing everything over. Text is difficult. I thought this was gonna be a video session where we got to talk and show them my closet so they could help me find pieces to improve my wardrobe. The stylist are not America and English is not the primary language. The reason I mention this is if your Stylist is not in your country and doesn’t understand your climate, suggesting trendy fall clothing when you live in 100° weather that doesn’t have a fall or winter, is a waste of time. Love that super cute long white wool trenchcoat, but I’ll never get to wear it near the equator.

    I ended up doing more work on my end submitting images so I end the 2nd chat at 2 hours. Waste of time and money.

    I was proposed an outfit that I or anyone can wear in the house. I mean you put it together without thinking. Without effort. And even that sometimes comes out better than the proposed look. That’s rich coming from an app that claims to improve your style!! And the messages were so official.. like copy paste txts that are sent to everyone. No one can build your style via txt message and asking you if you like a photo… pfff. Needs to be a proper conversation…so disappointing

  • Absolute Scam

    I paid money to have a stylist consult with me. So far I have spent hours waiting online for the stylist to log on. Turns out it is an AI bot you get to chat with and it is terrible! My session started 45 minutes late and even as I type this review, I am STILL waiting for the stylist to interact with me. I asked for a refund but was told their rules prevent issuing refunds to people who are dissatisfied (??) or for “financial reasons”. This company is criminal and does not stand by their product. Huge mistake. Do NOT fall for this.

    Please be very careful, they supposed carve $1.42 for a free trail, but even the app was cancelled and not used then they charged me another $28 and then $99… they are in Cypress unbelievable that can scam people from there
