  • Love the advice from this app!

    I got a real personal stylist (not a bot) who helped me with my style, giving me photos of outfits I might like (after describing my age and personal style plus colours I like) plus she gave me general advice/tips to elevate my style!

  • Useless

    This app is useless. You take a survey according to the questions they ask and at the end you have to subscribe to the service before you get the results of the survey. You don’t get the results and you can’t unsubscribe. What a ripoff. IG needs to vet companies better. I need to unsubscribe immediately. Like the other person I will be disputing the charge. Thanks.

  • THIS IS A SCAM

    this app doesn’t do any of the things they promise on the ads, also there’s no way to unsubscribe from the plan they force you to choose when creating an account, they won’t even give you a way to login to their platform, I spent days emailing them to get directions on how to cancel my subscription but all they did was delaying their answer until the trial expired and I got charged for the monthly subscription, only after the ‘support team’ emailed me steps to cancel the plan and even then they sent a broken link that I had to manually fix (an extra word and dash was added to the link they sent - I removed them manually, then copied and pasted the link to the browser) I ended up cancelling the subscription by ending the contract through paypal since this app doesn’t have a clear way to do this, I’m hoping they won’t charge my card again

  • Complete scam

    Paid for an individual report, which I never received even though the money was charged to my account. Requested that the subscription be cancelled, which took 8 emails to customer service (and was only finally sorted after I sent two lots of screenshots showing that I couldn’t cancel within the app). DO NOT USE.

    Requested a refund. Waste of time. Questionnaire followed then a fake email supposedly gets sent out and then you’re told to download the app after paying for a trial where they try to upsell you. Once app is downloaded you see that it’s basically not functional. They’re clever though bc the subscription isn’t through the App Store where you can easily cancel it. Don’t waste your time.

  • Can’t cancel my subscription

    I just downloaded this app, it is nothing like it portrays itself to be. I Immediately tried to cancel my subscription it will not except my email address associated with my account. I made my account 10 minutes prior to me trying to cancel it. I emailed the company after three attempts of trying to cancel and looking through all of my emails to see if I missed something. I will dispute any charges made by this app using the time stamp of this review and the time stamp on the email sent along with the screenshots of the app not accepting my email to cancel.

  • Fake refund promise

    On the trial page they said guaranteed money back policy, but when I contacted them via email only 30 minutes after being charged when I intend to cancel my subscription, they said all subscriptions are not exchangeable or refundable. Why would you claim to refund ppl? Fake advertising.

    Also style guide way to simple and general, not useful at all. All googleable stuff.
    Two stars only for one nice staff member who répondes to my emails in a timely method.

  • Scam do not download

    Does not offer advice like advertised, I can’t figure out how to cancel and now it’s charged me $43 Canadian!!!! I’ve only had it 4 days. I am very upset and will be trying to dispute

    Paid what I thought was $0.99 for a trial and was charged $110 on my card!
    Police are already involved don’t download!

  • Does Not do what it says and they refuse to refund

    This is a scam. The app doesn’t do what it says and they will not refund you. I immediately contacted them and they said no refunds. But their app says refund within 14 days outside of personal or financial reasons. My reason is, the app does not do what it said. I was also double charged and they refuse to give me any of my money back. They have now stolen my money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!!!!! This company is a scam!!!!!
