  • Find perfect style in minutes

    I had never thought about what type of clothes, hair color, eye color, skin tone or body shape I was. Lumi was so easy to use and found my perfect style in minutes. After using Lumi I've made the best decisions ever on the clothes that work best with my body type and personality. I can't thank you enough!

  • Great app

    I got the one time pay for all access. I was able to get advice on my outfit and gave me great advice on how I can make my outfit look better. I’m looking forward to more outfit adventures.
  • Why are you scamming us?

    I signed up for your trial through Facebook. You were prompt in charging my PayPal but I have no email from you confirming the trial as promised. You charged again for a hairstyle guide; where is it? What's more, I can't use my email to sign into your app, I can't try anything, nor can i cancel! Why??? I have to sign up again using my apple ID on the app and be charged again for another trial!! Why is it so hard to include the basics in your app? Is it bcoz your intention is to scam us? I even gave you a couple of days to send the email but nothing yet. Today is day3 of the trial and since I see no benefits I want to cancel. Why is there no option to cancel? Why are you cheating customers? If you charge the full fee I will dispute it. I will even report you to the BBB.

  • Great Info and Advice!

    Valerie was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on a couple of my current outfits and what to pair things with. Was able to get suggestions for my closet and pieces to make things more versatile. Definitely worth it!! Can send outfits while I’m shopping and get feedback. Like that I can use this even with me being 44.

  • This app is a scam and the creators should be ashamed of themselves

    I downloaded this app as a free trial and when I realize that the app was nothing like I expected it to be, I tried to cancel my trial before the subscription started. Literally the day I downloaded it.

    The app itself has no option of canceling on your own. I reached out to their customer service and asked them to cancel for me.

    I went back-and-forth with them through several emails in which they gave me advice on how to cancel it myself instead of just doing it for me.
    Everything they advised me to do did not work. I sent them screenshots proving it so and they continue just to give me advice on how to cancel on my own.
    I ended up getting charged for the trial because nothing they told me to do worked and when I reached out to them they said that they do not offer any refunds and that I am being charged because I chose the trial and didn’t cancel before the subscription started.
    I expressed to them how upset I was after trying for several days to cancel through them, and then they told me that they canceled it now on their end. proving that they were able to cancel it for me all along but instead tried to make me jump through hoops probably so that they could get my money. After pointing this out, they denied that they would refund me but offered me a lifetime membership to their app.

    I will definitely be disputing the charges and hopefully no one else falls into this trap.

  • Not even applicable for a single star!

    Same thing happened to me that happened to every other person who’s written a review. Except, I messaged on the same day requesting my “subscription” be canceled.

    Then on day 3 I was charged $5.99 for a premium subscription. In the very same email thread as my initial cancellation request.

    I have been told that it has been cancelled. I don’t believe a word. Contacted the bank to cancel any further charges.

    The app didn’t even recognize my email as an open account.

    Misleading, does not do what the advertising describes.

    Terrible customer service as, “non-refundable.” Uh I shouldn’t have been charged to begin with.

  • Scam and money robbing… they won’t give your money back

    This is just disappointing, I opened the website, since I was interested with the description, however I was very disappointed as I downloaded the app and I had difficulty with the logging in especially that I didn’t use my Apple ID to subscribe… (they only allowed Apple ID subscription…meaning I’d have to pay again ) the problem is that when I contacted them they did literally no help and said there is no refund. I’m so frustrated I would’ve given them 0 star but that’s not an option

  • Confusing

    I downloaded & signed up for this thinking this was something completely different from what it was, disappointed I deleted the app and followed the instructions on the site and tried 3 different times to unsubscribe the very first day however apparently it didn’t work because as suspected they attempted to charge my card. Smh I wouldn’t waste another red cent on this:

    Update: money was taken out of my account and I’m furious, in the process of trying to get a refund because I’m not understanding why I’m still being charged!

  • Knowledgeable Stylists

    Lumi is has an amazing chat feature. You can send your outfits or ask for inspiration. The stylists are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They will let you know if you are highlighting your best assets. As a plus-size woman, I was happy to see that their reference images featured people of all sizes. While their guide is not particularly personalized, the chat feature is worth way more than $1 for 3 days or the monthly fee. You have a consultant in your pocket 24/7.

  • Unable to access

    I saw this service/app on Instagram. I thought it sounded like a great idea. I paid for the lifetime service and a few “extras”. I downloaded the app and opened it up. When I went to certain sections of use the service, it expected payment. The fees were different than I was shown when I purchased my package. I then went to check on my account and it stated I didn’t have an active subscription. I just paid $99. No access granted and it certainly didn’t seem like it was what I had read. I requested a refund.
