  • This is amazing!

    I am really excited about this app! My stylist, Elsa, was able to steer me in the right direction as I was planning a wardrobe purchase. Her advice saved me about $100. This is well worth the purchase price of the app for a real live individual stylist who understands your style and seeks to maximize your wardrobe choices. Just get this app & you will see for yourself!

  • First time fabulous!

    I didn’t really know what this app was, I immediately connected with a stylist who gave me fabulous sites to shop on based on my style. That 10 minutes was priceless. Thank you!
  • Misleading & Feels like a trap

    I purchased and gained access to the app. It is not at all what it sells prior to subscribing. It is a style course only accessible one day at a time with basic generic style theories you learn in fashion school.

    To have a custom stylist or actual styling you need to pay for additional up sells. Multiple additional in app purchases for almost EVERY feature.

    Once logged in I tried to cancel and CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. Never received a confirmation email, was never prompted to create a password. Password reset did not show my email as valid. This is a trap to bill you beyond the 3 day trial. Even the structure of the first goal is set to 4 days. Not cool.

    I am very grateful to Lumi stylists for helping me look my best. I'm the kind of person who doesn't know much about fashion and it's hard to find clothes that are in my size and budget. Emily helps me pick out the right items and makes sure I'm on trend with what's popular. She is also so supporting, always reassuring me when I doubt myself.

  • Excellent Chat Experience

    While it sounds like some folks have had challenges, my experience so far has been great. The chat style consultation was on point, offering me solid advice and outfit examples for my casual creative workplace. Elsa really took the time to adjust to my feedback, and was wonderful to work with!
  • Unable to Cancel - This app is a scam

    Lumi makes it impossible to cancel. The content on this app is a joke. You go to cancel and it asks you to enter an unknown password. You push the button for reset the password and it never emails you a password. Then you email customer support and they send multiple emails asking inane questions begging you not to quit. Do not enroll!

  • Great Pocket Stylist!

    Emily is awesome! She is a pocket stylist and she is the best! I was actually having problems with the app and she was willing to help me with that and then offered to help with style advice! She gives the best style advice!
  • Super excited, great advice

    My first consultation went awesome!! Stacey really listened to the information I gave her ( which was far from straightforward ) and gave me tips and ideas that encompassed everything I tried to express. Can’t wait to put her suggestions to work and see if I can finally feel pretty again!!
  • Grate advice

    At first I was a little confused with the app understand the daily challenges, and I’m not sure if I clicked on an advertisement, but it was trying to get me to buy another subscription but I use the chat function to get some advice from a style at on how to style these two beautiful skirts I’ve had for over two months, but still have not worn. I’m really excited to try them over this holiday weekend. Shout out to Olive for making this a very enjoyable experience!
