This app is horrible! So basic and not helpful at all! They need to upgrade this immediately. I can’t even view old bills. What a jokegreat chinese food!
Garbage
No matter how many times I enter my account and phone and zip it refuses to believe the account exists. When consulted with central Hudson rep they confirmed the correct information I was entering but the app still won’t work. Not very helpful in a power outagenew paltz ny resident
Log in problem
Also cannot log in after purchasing new phone using same stored password information. Called CH and was still unable to get to reset page. Site full of problems. Suggest new IT company to fix app and website

I'm not sure which is worse: the full website which won't allow you to login using Safari, or this pathetic excuse for an app which is basically a link to their mobile web.
