Cannot Login
I’ve only had this app for 5 minutes and does not recognize my login credentials. I wish I had read through the reviews before trying this, because I could have saved the frustration of being told my user ID does not exist when it very well does!

Extremely Bad App.
This app is not very user friendly. Once open, it takes you to an internet browser page that is not optimized for mobile layout.
After the app redirects to the website, it gives me an error message when I try to log in. I know it is not my user information as I am able to log into my desktop computer’s browser.

It is useless.

Terrible app
What is the point of an app that just sends you to their website? Also, you can’t see the whole screen when registering so it takes forever to enter your info, then it doesn’t recognize you anyway. Waste of time.

Find a dentist functionality is terrible
As someone who has been on teams that build mobile apps, the find a dentist functionality is pretty terrible. Clunky, difficult to use, and the search only returns a limited number of results. You can’t even search by map area that you’re viewing.

Worst dental insurance
After the fifth time to contact them they finally give me my information. After that find a dentist, the majority of dr that i called were not working on the location they mention... very disappointed. I didn’t use for almost a year and when I really need it I didn’t received the service that I was paying for. I will not recommended

Unable to log in
I am registered and can log in with mu user name and password on the Guardian Website, but on the app I only get an error or it says its a wrong user/pass. It is not.

Not happy. 2 stars, 1 because the app opens, 1 for finding doctors on the app.

Terrible
Trying to create an account is terrible. There is a live chat window that takes up half The window so you can’t get to the field and the consent for can’t be reached using the scroll! This has to be designed for a pc and not a mobile device

Apple wallet support?!
We don’t need bug fixes or stability improvements, what we need is an app redone from the ground up to take advantage of the huge screens we all have now and ESPECIALLY Apple Wallet support. I switched from Delta Dental to you, only to find a terrible terrible app and no support for Apple wallet.

Mobile app needs work
Could not use mobile app. Was unable to register. Would not allow you to select yes for agreement. Asked for 2 digit birthday but only allows for one. Does not fit into mobile screen must scroll.
