Took 2 years on a contract, with a horrid unmentionable, huge corporation ‘Dopeyfone`! Don’t ask kids at Uni had to replace a phone, gave mine and went on a contract!! Never, ever again! So many calls to Cairo, yes a call centre in Cairo! Over priced!! Contract changes, promised no roaming anywhere, even charge in Munich Airport yes EU!! Moved house, charges went through the roof! ET didn’t move home as promised and didn’t come home for 6 weeks!! Used IPhone to complain, then more complaints to Dopeyfone, as charged well over the odds!! All whilst waiting for the contract to end! Broken promises again and again about unlocking my phone! Until I formally complained and threatened a formal complaint to ofcom!! Finally a visit to the new Dopeyfone shop resolved everything and I was finally freed from the chains, of a communications corporation whose right hand doesn’t know what it’s left hand is doing! And hooray I’m back with Giffgaff! Next new phone will be from Giffgaff, at 59 years of age I never want to listen to so many broken promises and pay extortionate prices/ be tied into an ever increasing unpredictable direct debit ever again!Show lessGorda 59
Very poor
Not able to track data or phone usage on AS YOU GO plan so you use it up too fast and run out too quickly therefore having to spend more money to top up. Very useless app! So I’ve gone over to TESCO’s mobile plan and their app is heaps better.Trying to enjoy this game
Topup
I have top up £10 to my payg. The data went within a couple of day. I still have no idea how much data gets me for -£10. I search the website and the App. There is no Mention or it and are happy to take the money.Khaml
AWFUL COMPANY
I purchased the 20£ goody bag and I can’t make phone calls, send texts or use my data. Checked all my settings, sent countless emails (they never respond), and they took my money and I have absolutely no services. It’s ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Displeased customer.

Confusing and missing key information
For an app used to manage phone credit I expect to be able to see how much calls cost, track data usage and be able to contact customer support, but my giffgaff does none of these. The only useful thing it does is allow you to purchase credit on the go.LachieMW
Very easy and useful
I’ve been using Giffgaff for about 3 years or more now and I’ve found this app to be very useful as it’s so easy to check my data every now and then. If I didn’t have this app I think I’d run out of data immediately but now I can check up on it with just a few clicks rather than going onto safari and going through all the online processes. One thing I think will be cool to add for the certain people who use a low amount of data, I think they should add a limit for a day that people can set so they can keep track and so they don’t use too much. It’d definitively be useful for some of my mates who constantly use their data within days. Overall though it’s a great app and I would recommend using it.Show lessStill Frustrating

Displays all the information I need to know about my current data usage and minutes + texts left, and the Touch ID login feature is very handy. Allows me to top-up and buy goody bags in the app, which is extremely useful for me. Would 100% recommend this app and the giffgaff company 👍🏻Jedennis
Missing breakdown of my balance
Not bad but underwhelming.
It should have a simple option to see how much from my balance was spend on text, phone calls and data.Aaaaawa
