Can’t even register
Trying to setup an account on an iPad and I can’t get the keyboard to display numbers. What a piece of crap this app is.Ronaldo1707
One of the worst!
Rarely have I come across such awful apps by a big corporation. The Aetna app is leaps and bounds better. You log in and then it works!
With this one, logging in is a pain. Auto logs you out in a day. You have to accept the privacy policy every time( which mind you, you have to scroll through all the way to check I accept). And then you are greeted with an error. Forgot checking your claims, finding providers. Befuddles me how incompetent the developers and the QA folks are to put such a buggy app out there. You’d be fired for this gross incompetence!KXerxes
