  • Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.

    Have never been able to login via the website. Only have been able to login via the app a couple times. Customer support has no idea what is wrong. They keep resetting my password but nothing works.
  • Worst App Ever

    Totally useless app. Always has issues and most of it just opens your browser in the background. Just use the website. It’s slightly less horrible. 1 star because there’s no option for negative stars.
  • Can’t pay bill anymore

    Past versions of this app were not great, but at least YOU COULD PAY YOUR BILL! The opening screen on the older version had the premium that was owed, and a link to pay in the app. With this newer version, IF THAT OPTION REMAINS, I cannot find it. Why hide this information? I’m guessing that most people use the app precisely for this purpose… TO PAY THEIR BILL. Absolutely terrible!

  • NEVER WORKS!!!!!

    Cant even select a doctor. Keeps saying error
  • Can’t get into my account

    I have tried to access my account via the app on iPhone 14, Google, Bing and Edge without success. I called the Ask Blue number and Carlos walked me through different ways to try to get into my account again without success. He told me tech would email me once the problem was fixed. Its been a week, still haven’t received an email or accessed my account. Its been 3 months and still can't get into my account. I spoke with Miranda today and after 20+minutes, she also is reaching out to the web team and I should have an answer in 24-48 hours that are business days. I can put my login and password in a d then it does a second verification then I get an oops, we’re sorry we couldn't get you in message! So frustrating!

  • This app stinks

    Incredibly bad app. Nothing works.
  • Worthless

    The number one use case for this app is finding the cost and the network coverage. I find the cost for labs, see that it’s free if I stay within the network, but have no bloody way to see the network. There’s a link out to the website, but that doesn’t work.
  • Accessibility issues

    I’ve used the IBX app & the web online. Both are not the same and when I try to access on app, it’s frustrating because either it doesn’t work or go to where I need it to go for search. I keep getting “problems” messages. Just not User Friendly!
    I have the app because I need it wherever I go with my phone. It needs an overall haul setup to match the one online.

  • Easier to use and modern

    I really like this new update! The benefits and claims are easier to keep track of and view compared to before. Logging in worked for me and showed me everything on my plan. The new layout and menus is clearer to use and surprisingly the app loads quicker than before. I usually only login to view quick details but now that I changed plans, I’m tracking my costs a bit more closely.

    What I really like is that I finally read more details on some programs I’ve never heard of before. It’s robust so I may need time to view them all and use what I need.

  • Helps with most things I typically need!

    I like being able to add my ID card to the wallet and see claims when I need to verify bills.
