I like the new design and screens, much better than the previous versions.Terrible App
It’s impressive how bad this app is. Every time you login it asks if you want to enable biometrics but if you select yet it doesn’t work, so then you have to decline every time you login to the app. After logging in you’re prompted with a reminder to disable your pop up blocker. In what word does my iPhone have a pop up blocker inside of this app?! Half the time you login and it won’t even load your claims, just says you don’t have any claims. What a joke.Show lessGarbage. Complete garbage. Upon open only see blue screen. Useless. Hope their insurance is better as a new subscriber this makes me feel uncomfortable with their quality.Can’t get into my account
I have tried to access my account via the app on iPhone 14, Google, Bing and Edge without success. I called the Ask Blue number and Carlos walked me through different ways to try to get into my account again without success. He told me tech would email me once the problem was fixed. Its been a week, still haven’t received an email or accessed my account.Show lessCan’t login

Awful app. Upon downloading, it charged my card $74!! With no warning! The app navigation is terrible and not intuitive or user friendly.Cannot see any referrals
I cannot any of my referrals. This used to be one of the most useful features because I need to confirm referrals went through to see specialists. The app says I don’t have any but I know they exist by checking with doctor’s offices.Doesnt load
Old version was easier to workEasy!
I was able to easily register for the app and pay my first invoice with just a couple clicks. Looks like there’s tons of great info too.
