    It’s bad
  • So hard to view claim detail.

    I kind of liked the old way of viewing claim, new design doesn’t clearly show the provider name
  • CLAIM section,

    IBX really needs a section that shows submitted claims, with date uploaded, then we should be allowed to press it to see details. Because the health providers sales teams lowering and raising cost based on whether or not they know u have insurance then rushing to collections. Communication for c2b should be smoother.

  • App Update with No Information Showing

    The app updated to this new redesign and all my past claim information is gone. Deductible info, out of pocket, and several other things are missing. It’s not that it’s in a new location, it’s just entirely not there.

    This is a huge problem, how could this app be updated without enough testing for errors like this?

  • So much better

    The new app is so much better. Your login actually works and seeing all my claims information in this layout is super helpful.
  • Horrible Interface

    Managing my account from my iPhone is nearly impossible. The Manage Account button prompts me to log in via my phones google chrome web browser. 9 out of 10 after I sign in the screen flashes between blue and white. Good thing I’m not prone to seizures or this would surely trigger one. When I return to the app to sign in I experience the same flashing glitch. To avoid this I often default to using my desktop to sign in. What’s the point in having an app that doesn’t work?!

    Health care in this country is a scam. The least IBX could do is make the experience of getting robbed each month a little less frustrating.

  • Last update broke Face ID use?

    Used to work well but after the last update it wants me to hold a security key to the phone for log in, when it used to use Face ID. Well news flash, I don’t have a security key and hate having to remember my password. It’s the small things that make you really excited to shop around during open enrollment, and logging in to pay the bill is 100% one of them.

  • Apple Wallet feature doesn’t work

    I got the app to add my insurance card to my Apple wallet. There is a button to click to add the card, but the feature doesn’t work. When I tap the button, the “Add to Apple Wallet” dialogue flashes on the screen and immediately disappears, and the card is not added to my wallet.

    In general the app is poor. Some screens flicker a number of times before loading. The navigation is confusing. I have two plans from my employer, vision and medical. The interface allows me to choose which plan to see, but both plans are given exactly the same name. The home screen for an account has few useful options. Main navigation is found in a hamburger menu. At first glance, before the hamburger menu is tapped, it’s not clear that the app actually does anything. The hamburger menu headings are roughly useful but in some cases it’s not clear why a particular item is under “Claims and Spending,” “My Care,” or “Health & Well-being.”

  • Not user friendly

    I don’t need to use this app all the time, but when I do, it’s harder and harder to log in.
    Last 2 times I tried to log in it needed me to change my password and that second of those 2 times it didn’t like the first couple of passwords I tried without saying why.
    Now I tried logging in (not that long after I managed to create a new password and finally log in) and now it wants one of two Authenticator options and neither of the two options even seem possible to me. Why can’t I just log in like to every other app and website?
    Why make it so difficult?

  • Reimbursements

    This app should include a spot to take pictures or upload your statements for out of network reimbursements. I have been sending in for out of network reimbursements and the way time to get the reimbursement seems longer and longer. Presently, I have been waiting over a month. I don’t get it. What takes so long? Sometimes I will check the status and it says denied and the next day approved- which is weird- and then I don’t see a check for a month. There should be direct deposit. Waiting for the check is lengthy.
