  • Login issues

    Every single time I want to log in it asks me if I want to setup a pin and enable FaceID. The pin/FaceID are supposed to negate the need to enter my full email and password each time I want to login.
  • Long term issues they never ever fix

    No matter how many times I have called and had tech experts see the issues I am facing using their mobile app, there have been no fixes.
    I need to DELETE and reinstall this app about once a week just to restore function. It will freeze irrevocably if you make certain typing errors when searching for a patient’s name.

    Lastly, Kareo has been informed by me that I believe it is a severe safety violation that i as a prescribing NP cannot open up my patient’s uploaded documents and read their medical intake forms, which include allergies and current medications.

    It’s very suss. Why won’t they fix their very well documented and known about app-errors?!

  • Always closes in labs and studies

    Every time I try to open a patient’s labs and studies the app closes. All patients all status of labs/studies. Everything up to date so it’s not like I need an update on my phone or the app. Been doing this for at least 2 weeks.

    This app never works! It is so klunky and spins and spins on solid internet.

    Would like to be able to see the actual messages vs a notification of one. Want to see and review completed documents

    What’s the point of having an app that is anything but convenient to use? Every time I try to utilize the app, it requires me to login and verify my passcode. I go through the hassle every single time just to check my schedule. I don’t find this very useful or meaningful.
  • Disappointed

    Kareo seems like a great solution but lock you into a contract with no out once you find out about problems and customer support is unhelpful at best. I’ve had audio issues on telehealth and I had to troubleshoot on my own because they gave me an answer that was just wrong. Very disappointed and wishing I had never signed on.

  • Doesn’t work

    After multiple downloads and numerous sign in attempts the app simply does not work. I’ve never been able to even access it despite being able to login to the web portal without issue. I’d like to be able to access my medical info and communicate with my doctor easily via an app. Please fix this.
  • Crashes

    Every time I try to send Rx’s it crashes. Its been like this for months. With the money we pay I would think they would put more effort into app functionality.
  • Using iPad for office notes and referrals is not clear
