  • Latest iOS update

    Since installing the latest iOS update, much of the functionality of Kareo seems to be missing or degraded. Appointment colors are gone, visit reasons are gone… it’s not worth using the app so I switched back to the web using safari. Are there known problems with kareo and the latest iOS?
  • Loved this app, until recently

    I loved this app. It helped me be able to access my schedule on the go. Until a recent update and then it stopped working. Disappointed
  • Why bother

    Zero pint. You can barely prescribe. App doesn’t work half the time. Abs always errors. You can reply to scheduling messages. You can’t add new patients. Lots of cants.
  • Needs update

    This crashes constantly on my iPad.
  • Fix 2.8.7

    This and last version are broken. Get multiple errors and incomplete calendar.
  • Uploads

    Can we have access to upload PDF documents from the app? Sometimes we have to upload an explanation of benefits and it’s more than one page.
    When we attempt to upload the documents asked us to add to take a picture of it or Upload a photograph.

    Ideally we would be uploading a PDF document from the file manager in iOS

  • Terrible app needs lots of work

    Crashes, freezes, and in general is difficult to get anything done in a timely fashion. Just about done with it, not sure how much more I can take. Visually intuitive which is the only reason it gets 2 stars from me.
  • Great when it works

    It often has chart load errors not allowing me to complete my notes on my device. When it’s working it’s easy to use and has everything I need, but I’ve considered changing EHRs altogether just to have a more reliable app!
  • I so much WANT to like this app my biller makes me use BUT.

    I mostly want to pull my hair out it is SO klunky.
    Even writing this review I can’t delete the one I wrote below two years ago that no longer applies.
    CURRENT FRUSTRATION it won’t let me add patients to the calendar. A blank sheet covers the screen that says NEW PATIENT and there’s no way to get rid of this darn blank page covering everything else. I switched my phone off and on. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Drives me insane. I’m busy with patients. I can’t spend my whole day doing battle.

    find this ridiculously frustrating as a psychotherapist and have tried multiple times to request this be changed with no follow-up. I am completely frustrated that I am forced to enter biweekly clients as weekly clients and then each week have to figure out which biweekly client will not be in that week and which client will be coming in and then deleting the client who won’t be in. Not to mention the confusion of reminders going out to the wrong person at times. SURELY this is a simple think for KAREO to fix. Rereading my review I wonder why I did not give it one star as I am beyond frustrated. My biller uses this app and so I must use it to coordinate with them and for this its features work well.

  • Rx sending

    I have difficulties locating local pharmacies when I use kareo app. When I’m able to locate the pharmacy I need and send the RX the pharmacy never receives the rx.
