  • This app is the worst

    I am disappointed in Princess for putting out this “updated” app. When I added “shipmates” while trying to schedule dinners, my son and grandson, it added them five times each. The app does not give the option to delete shipmates. Now when I try to schedule a dinner, it attempts to schedule 12 people instead of 4. I called Princess on the phone, they supposedly linked our bookings but it hasn’t helped. Princess also scheduled the for of us for a meal at their steakhouse but nowhere on the app is the reservation listed.

    We ordered our medallions 23 days ago but the app still tells us that we need to order them and that our purchase is in process.

    It seems that a majority of the app is designed to sell extras like the spa services, drink packages and fancy medallion holders rather than helping the customers.
  • I can’t believe this app exists in the year 2024

    If we lived in 1999 this might have been acceptable but princess technology department must be insane to replace the previous much loved app with this never loading never functioning ‘new’ thing. It takes more than 3 minutes to load. It keeps giving error in checking in steps. It does not let you print. It couldn’t recognize your booked cruises. Omg!
  • So slow

    It takes about 20 minutes to do anything in the app because it is so slow. I click on something, and come back five minutes later and it has finally loaded. It took me an hour to check-in because I was sitting there waiting for everything to load. You can’t do anything online and it forces you to use this app and it’s excruciating. You would think this app would be much more user friendly if they force you to use it!
  • Horrible App ! Dinosaur!

    Princess! Get your act together. Your app is slower than slow and has tons of incorrect t information. Cannot access our information, status shows different on the App vs your online site. Slow, slow, slow and too cumbersome to deal with. Extremely frustrating and disappointing that this is the App you expect your guests to deal with. Horrible experience and will consider other cruise lines in the future. You may have just lost multiple guests and future cruisers.

    This update is very very frustrating. When you try to use your account name and password you get an invalid info error. The website and the old app work just fine. To get in the new app you need to enter using your first and last name, the booking number, your birth month, day and birth year. This should fixed immediately. Their hot line was evasive about the fix. Princess get your act together!
  • Terrible

    This is the worst app I have ever had. I have an upcoming cruise and this app is supposed to make it easier. You can’t find anything and half the time it has some kind of error. We ordered our medallions and this app is saying that we need to order it yet. It’s hard to find your flights and you can’t see the rest of your travel party on this new app. Please fix this quickly.
  • Frustrating and clunky and can’t manage associated bookings

    This app is confusing, slow, frustrating, and not at all intuitive. Having to go back and forth between the app and the website to complete booking requirements is ridiculous. The most annoying part is that I cannot manage an associated booking in the app. My spouse had to download the app and log in with the other booking number to manage that booking on his phone. Other cruise lines have this figured out. Get with it, Princess.
  • Worst app I’ve ever downloaded!

    This app is 95% useless. I can’t reserve/purchase pretty much anything with multiple call to Princess directly. Can’t even purchase a simple medallion that the app and website say I can purchase…”Can not load content” is the common theme. If the app is this useless, it should have never been rolled out. What a huge disappointment. There is nothing intuitive about this app at all.
  • This app is inferior to the previous app and SO SLOW

    It takes a good moment for the app to open each time and also to switch from one cruise itinerary to the other. I am unable to link fellow travelers’ reservations within this app in order to link dining. A fabulous cruise line such as Princess should have better IT and bandwidth to supper the app.
  • Slow and difficult to navigate.

    Not only that. I can’t see my daily excursions that I have paid for on my summary. And it is hard to plan dinner before you know about shows. I do not like the new APP and we are without an option. Hope and pray you have better internet than App.
