  • Barely works

    Not synched with the website properly - doesn’t show excursions I’ve purchased and difficult to use and find information on. I haven’t actually been on the cruise yet but princess’ website and app are both difficult to find and manage your bookings on.
  • Would Expect a Whole Lot More from Princess

    Princess claims to be ahead of the technology game with Medallion Net so I would expect the one and only tool Princess directs is to use is full of faults. Granted I can do pre-cruise checkins but we have 12 upcoming cruises and 2 are back to back and 3 are back to back to back and this app only allows you to visit excursions, make dining reservations and view itineraries on the 1st leg of any of the multiple cruises. We have a back to back on different ships and again, I can only see excursions or make dining plans on the first of the 2 cruises. Even though we are on different ships! Old app had numerous problems but there were ways to navigate through app to get things done albeit app was very slow to load. This app is way slower and useless in many of the needed functions. I have had to rely on using the online webpage and using my planner at Princess. I think if they are going to push us to use this app starting today (3/8), they should have made it much more usable then it is now.
  • Let us continue with old app while the new one is being finalized

    In the Payment Method section, It won’t accept my credit card for Shipboard, even though it’s exactly the same as the one for Shoreside. Also, I’m not able to add the other people in my group.
    You should let us continue to use the old app until the new one is actually functional.
  • Not ready for prime time

    This app is almost worthless. For starters it’s slow and does not always save your data. Then there’s a website which does not synchronize well. If at all with the app on top of that you think your cruise would show up immediately when you log in and it would be easy to find things which it’s not, this app has a long way to go before it’s actually super useful
  • Doesn’t work

    Every time in Excursions I could not go back without getting thrown off site. I was able to use the old ap. I think they better reconsider deleting it.

    Going to Alaska end of May half of our paid excursions are not listed on this app and I’m trying to plan more but it’s difficult when I have them down and u don’t and calling Princess Cruisses ur on forever I thought this would be easier to do Muriel Portner
  • Disappointed

    The boarding process was terrific. Alas, other aspects were troubling. Dining was a bit of a disaster. For instance, we had reservations for 6 PM at Concerto restaurant but waited 45 minutes in a long line to be seated ( and we were in the reservation line).
    Grew tired of waiting in lines. Specialty restaurants good. The worst, however, was our room steward… my wife’s jewelry disappeared and we reported it to security… the next day it reappeared in a place my wife insisted she never put it. Then, he failed two nights in a row to leave us breakfast room service cards. Then my wife’s watch disappeared… 😡the room make up was half assed… I had to complain and ask for a different steward. The first night when the jewelry disappeared, we weren’t able to open the safe to store valuables.

    Lastly, the staff in general seemed dour and not particularly interested or friendly as opposed to a recent 18 day cruise on the Norwegian Encore. Everyone there was smiling and super friendly. Not so the Princess Regal.
    The ship itself was nice and the fitness center was open 24 hours, which I liked.

    Just disappointed in Princess. I had taken five previous Princess cruises and always enjoyed the experience. Something obviously has changed and not for the better.
  • Can’t print luggage tags

    IOS 16.7.5 print button doesn’t do anything. Works fine on old medallion app.
  • A one star review

    This app is not user friendly. I have never been able to register, only way to get into it is through booking number and entering my private info. It’s very hard to navigate, can’t find any pertinent info without entering the “Excursions” window. I ordered two medallions sent to me, only got one. I consider myself pretty computer literate but this app has tested my patience.
  • Will not load!!!

    Why can’t this app be fixed? It takes 5-10 minutes to load and sometimes just won’t load at all!!! Come on!!! Learn from Celebrity!!
