App seems very dated, not current.
Improvement recommendations
1) initial login should be much simpler; however the ability to access with booking is nice
2) packages portion does not work correctly at all.
a) not scaled properly for an app
b) it does not show the images or provide details to the package, it only shows the cost.
c) show package details button non functional
d) show benefits link is non functionalKc kicking back
Missing important part to be able to plan a cruise
In the medallion app you can link all your travel companions and make plans while in this new app all that is missing!frankietx2015

The app will drain a percentage of battery every few minutes. Be ware and preparedXeGnome
Cannot connect
Trying to prepare for my upcoming cruise, but app says I need WiFi or cellular to access it. I have a 5G cellular connection and am online, so not sure what the issue is.jsreview99
Need to show loyalty
App still does not show elite status. Still ha us as new cruisers. Also only shows past 12 cruises nothing more. I have called Princess several times about these issues to no avail. Medallions ordered no longer shows what you ordered only in progress.Ugdsbjd

Better late than never
We took a cruise about a month ago. Would have been really nice if the chat feature had been there. Honestly, this app should not have been released without that. That said, the cruise itself was great.smbfenton

Obviously not ready for users
Downloaded the new app today. Many features did not work. Unable to pay for excursions, unable to link travelers, some excursions were clearly missed described - Bee education details said Pompeii, etc. Please, please get this updated, and more user friendly.
