Poorly setup and crashes consistently
When on ticket page the app crashes and exits out once you scroll down. Also, a generally non-intuitive schedule. Please sort out!Vvui
No offline mode
Once you've bought a ticket, that ticket becomes unavailable to view or show the driver unless you have a wifi or data connection. The wifi didn't work on the coach I was on. I was visiting from outside UK so data roaming was off on my phone. As a result my ticket was not available. Fail!! It's not that hard to have tickets saved for offline viewing. Can't book ticket
It's hard to rate a ticket app when the buying screen won't load. After many attempts to buy on their website and app, I finally tried a browser other than Safari and had instant success.NiteRunnr

Don't waste your time
Chose a journey the app offered, then entered a lot of reqd info only to then be told it was an invalid journey.
Tried every permutation of data I could think of to take a different path through the code but nothing worked

Bad app for tourists
Don't rely on this app. It's really confusing and requires you to know too much - eg the route number you want. How do you know that from overseas? Made me miss a coach cos it looked like it didn't exist. Use their web site - much better. Very poor user design.scubaalb

Crashes before starting
The app looks like it should be good. But on iPhone 4 with updated software the app crashes before fully open. Mind you so does their website frequently. Hard to buy coach tickets....Miles Buckhurst
