  • Simply doesn’t work

    Theory? Good. Execution? Utterly incompetent. Calendar is a mess, impossible to actually purchase a ticket in the app. Hoping for an update before my scheduled trip.
  • Unreliable app and Transportation Company

    I bought the ticket to Stansted Airport through the app on the day I'm going to travel. It shows that passenger should arrive 10 mins earlier in case the couch comes. However, I wait for one and a half hours still couldn't see the missing couch. Although the app has couch tracking , there is no information, no estimation departure time, no staff around the stop, just nothing at all!! I tried to call for help, but there is no number showing on the app or their website. Also, there are no information telling what is happening on A7 line on their app& website's homepage! Even now I'm writing the review, the GHOST COUCH still not arrive (already 2 hours past), and other passengers and me need to search other way to the airport, because we don't want to miss other flights!!! I think I will NEVER use this app and take National Express in my life. It wastes times and money for no reasons. Just suggest to the people seeing this review, if you want to arrive airport on time, never choice their couches.

  • Months are wrong

    App gets the job done but the months are incorrect when choosing a booking date.

    I'm trying to book a trip in August, and since the months are labeled wrong, you have to choose a "July" date in the app's calendar to obtain a date in August. (Also confusing is the fact that weeks in the app's calendar start w/Sunday, whereas on the website they start with Monday.)
    And, I cannot find London Victoria Coach Station (where I want to start my journey) in the list of stations!! Is this an oversight, or am I missing something? UPDATE 1 Aug. 2017 – Victoria Coach Station is now an option!
    One more thing – the alphabetization of the list of coach stations is sketchy - Sunderland & Swansea before Salisbury, for example). Frustrating! Back to the website for me, despite the email I got saying it was a nice "shiny app".

  • Awful App

    I've spent the last 15 minutes trying to track a coach from Heathrow airport to Winchester - and gone round and round in circles. If you don't know the coach number, there's no way of finding it. Even trying to book a ticket doesn't help as the number of the coach never appears. I tried using departure and destination points and even THAT didn't help. This app needs serious reworking.

    I like the app but I haven't found a way to link a ticket not bought on the app with the app. Still exploring how to make it work better for me though

  • Great; add Apple Pay please

    This is a really great and easy-to-use app. Until you go to pay. If you don't use PayPal, you're taken to a really basic payment info screen where you have to re-enter your details every time. If you adopted Apple Pay, booking would be faster and more convenient.
  • Incorrect 2017 dates displayed in most recent app update/release

    2017 calendar dates are completely messed up when the user hits the calendar widget to book a National Express ticket via the app! Specifically, when clicking the date, the calendar widget displays the previous month as "current" and each date in all months is 3 days off what it should be (eg. Thursday, Jan. 26 shows as Thursday, Jan. 23). This can result in the customer booking the wrong date for their ticket. Very poor and must be fixed asap with a new update to avoid customer confusion! One would think this would be identified during app release testing before moving the updated app into production.
