  • Luggage allowed to carry per passenger

    Allowed luggage limit, weight policy is not clear.
  • APP and travel

    The APP is straightforward although I am not generally familiar with technology. Reminders of travel times is excellent.
    Delay with coach arrival was frustrating in case I missed my flight. I felt Golders Green staff could have assisted by updating and reassuring us as they were present on the platform.
    Drivers/staff extremely polite and supportive in general and with luggage.
    I would happily continue to use this service if transport times are accurate. Thank you !!

  • Fantastic - book book book

    National Express bus won’t let you down…I wouldn’t even bother looking or booking with any other transport provider or you’ll end up disappointed and worried sick you won’t make it to your destination. Hopefully for your sake the bus won’t be fully booked for your short notice booking!!! Or you’ll be getting a very expensive taxi!!
    My experience the bus driver was helpful and cheerful considering it was 4am in the morning so no 1 star for him & he was on time.
    The app worked fine on my phone, maybe you just have to update your phone!! Who knows on these apps-I’m no expert either!!

  • Rail Strike alternative

    We are traveling in GB during the National Rail strike. We had all our plans by rail. But have had to set up alternative travel by bus. The app is helpful and all routes we needed are available. Prices for travel are affordable.
    Will see how the bus travel goes over the next week.
  • Unfair and inconsistent driver's attitude

    Today I have to be late to work coz the driver from Leeds to Birmingham have to wait for some people to board whose family were still behind her. A woman name Carol (if I can describe her; has got some tattoos in her arms and another lady employee, has to make a decision over the driver to wait for them. When they finally came, more delays bcoz of their baggage apparently with some food they're not allowed to bring. They boarded eventually but it took 8 min to wait for them to make a decision whether to leave behind the said food baggage. I was surprised as a regular commuter on this coach 134 @ 6:45 bcoz another lady on Monday was begging this driver Darren (with someone with him I gather on a training) to buy a new ticket so she can get on the 6:45 instead of the 7:45 she already booked, and Darren said she can't. She has no choices but to wait on the next hour. Which is a bull coz I've purchased ticket so may times in the past as I got on the coach before. When were leaving Leeds, this Darren was saying to the other guy not to worry about it. "Not to waste your time on that. That's what she booked, she can wait and get on that coach time". Appalling! I was imagining if that was me begging and desperate to get on that time, I will be so frustrated and feeling sorry for myself as a senior citizen. No one can be like Alan (one of the drivers) who is very professional and always look very neat and wholesome.

  • Good with a few flaws

    Easy to keep tickets in one place, to access account and information, even to sometimes track my coach (when it works).

    Big issue for me is that I often reserve seats and for some reason the app does not show you your reserved seat number in your digital ticket or anywhere at all in the app. You have to log on to the website and view the pdf ticket or review your booking email if you need reminding.
    Beyond this, everything else functions well and I appreciate the ability to save the journey to Apple wallet (although again, it does not show seat number or really much in the way of journey details).

    Convenient and user friendly to use. Best coach service in UK. Love it.

    Cant pull up coach tickets anymore and the coach tracker has never worked
  • Extremely pleased

    I have recently downloaded the app for an upcoming holiday that me and my sister have to Blackpool!

    Booking return tickets was easy and smooth, being able to retrieve the booking was amazingly fast and efficient, coach tracking allows me to know where the coach is (once we travel) and the terms and conditions of the app usage and navigation are amazingly clear and precise!

    Definitely recommend downloading the app for easier, swift, fast and easy usage!

  • 2010 style of mobile app

    Guys, if you needs this app fixes please hire a test engineer like me. It's really buggy and the UI/UX is a decade old.

    It might do the job, but I wouls pay more for a third party app like Omio to manahe it nicely for me. Payment, search, tickets.. all very bad.

    The service itself is fine though!
