I have read the other reviews and I have had no problem with this app. I find booking the trip easy (but the same with all websites/apps, you need to check the details before submitting) and the email is received quickly (goes in to Junk Mail). I download the ticket to Apple Wallet so is quick and easy to find when boarding the coach. I have found the coach tracker works well. The free booking fee when signed in to my account is another plus, overall a good and useful app.Show lessKermit077
Money lost / help button doesn’t work
I tried to book a ticket and the app took payment for the ticket, but when it came to giving my email so that I could receive the ticket, it wouldn’t let me submit the form so I was out of the money for the ticket and it wouldn’t give me the ticket. For some reason I decided to try again thinking the error was my fault and the same thing happened. So now I’m out the money for two tickets without actually having one. I tried to go to the complaints section on the app and it took me to a chat bot that didn’t work properly and any time I said anything, it would say it didn’t understand and then give me a list of options. One of the options was complain so I tried to click that option and the button didn’t work.Show lesspls just give me my £ back

Wont show trip options for return journey
Would be great , the look, the progression through purchase. Everything great for the outbound journey. Couldn't book because it wouldn't give me the option to choose my return journey. I could choose the date, but not the specific departure time. AND you could not review the trip details before purchase. So, Absolutely HOPELESS APP. NEEDS UPDATE.Show lessCornishgal01

Avoid this app
Useless app that doesn’t save your bookings in the app. The confirmation email is also not visible if using a mobile gmail app. Only desktop version is supported. You can’t search for your confirmation in the mobile app because the search button is disabled. Very sketchy business. I booked a trip from London to Stansted and it took me an hour because the application does not give you warnings if your card is not going through. The user experience is horrible too, extra charges cover your screen and it’s hard to avoid it.Show lessSurge199999990
Calendar is wrong
Seriously, whoever developed this app should be fired. How can you get the calendar wrong on an app that’s supposed to allow coach bookings?? Get it fixed. It’s not complicated!hash1975

The calendar is all screwed up. Afraid to book a ticket with this app. Who knows what day it thinks it is..lfnoize
