Bad customer service
I recently signed up with HomeExchange. People have immediately reached out to me to occupy my home BUT the app doesn’t have an efficient verification process to get new members verified. I have been waiting for over a week for a response! The app is quick to allow people in your home, but it doesn’t respond to emails or process verifications. It makes me think that, if something bad were to happen during a guest stay, the HomeExchange team wouldn’t be attentive or supportive.Show lessSaraB2k19

Over 70 exchanges here. Very experienced.
But where are the membership numbers?
When we want to repeat a previous exchange, without a membership number search, the site looks like a messy desk.

Ça fait bientôt 3 ans que nous faisons des échanges. Ça a modifié notre manière de prévoir nos vacances. On fait de vraiment chouettes rencontres et notre budget s’en porte mieux. On en fait plus et on en profite plus.
Au début, ça fait un peu peur de prêter son chez soi à des inconnus et rapidement on s’y fait et on ne s’en rend même plus compte. La plupart du temps on retrouve la maison encore plus propre qu’on la laissé.

Amazing
One of our favorites apps. We’ve had so many great exchanges, I can’t recommend it enough to my friends and family. The only thing is I wish there were more filters and ways to control the calendar. I also wish you could set wish dates and locations so that people there could directly find you to stay in their home. Other than the app being a little finicky I think the service is top!Show lessmarithinks
HomeExchange iPhone app is buggy
It constantly throws errors when I tried to upload more photos. And I can not reorder the photos that are already uploaded.
The entire app seems pretty primitive, needs a lot of work.dingding
