Needs improvement

This app is very barebones. To a point where it leaves me wondering what “science” this program is based on, if any.

The program lets you do a few sets of pull-up repetitions on 3 days per week. However, it seems to only ask you to do these sets once per day, which seems too little for any real impact. They do not state what they base these recommendations on. But suffice it to say that if you ask an AI for pull-up training recommendations then there will be way more sessions on exercise days.

Love it

I love this app and have to give it 5*s, yes there is a cost but its very small £2.99 for lifetime access is worth it and the developers deserve the money. My only gripe is you cant edit the rest timer, sometimes 1.30min is just too long (although you can skip it) . Would love for you to start producing a full blown gym app with the same sort of design and formula.
