For Beginners + Slow App

I’ve been lifting for 5 years now and I know every muscle and how to target it, but I wanted to deep dive into biomechanics and understand all the nuisance to make sure I was really biasing my body to really target a certain head. That isn’t this app though. They have good info on the main lifts like bench, but most exercises it’s just simple “this targets the triceps, make sure to do full range of motion” which isn’t that helpful for me who already knows the basics. The app is also slow to load the page and navigation isn’t the best. But I saw all the detail for bench press and thought of this is the level of detail for every exercise then this is worth checking out. But most exercises have little detail. Again great for beginners who don’t know much.

I also did not use the workout program. I already use MyoAdapt for that. I got this app purely as an intermediate lifter looking to master all the nuisances of biomechanics on every exercise.

Best App for Muscle Anatomy

Wonderful app

Returned to this app after a few months, very disappointed with cost.

I used this app religiously a while ago. every staple exercise had an in-depth analysis for free, with deeper dives and more niche lifts locked behind the premium subscription. I redownloaded the app and found just about every important exercise (deadlifts, barbell rows, even PUSHUPS) is locked behind a ridiculously expensive subscription. I must say I am extremely disappointed in the greed shown by the creators of this app.
