App crashes when trying to share files.
I can use the app fine to view and save files to my iPad through the WiFi connection. However in order to get them off my iPad, I need to share videos. This used to be tedious as you could only share 1 at a time. But now the app is just crashing every time I press share. Completely useless App 🤬xxKreaturExx
What’s going on ?
What these kind of reviews/survey. Why wouldn’t this company who offers hardware to the public strive to make it better. I’ll telll you why. Because I think their more focused on something else. And they won’t wake up until legal action is envolved. I spend $800+ on the hardware and subscription. To have all could feature useless in 2 weeks. Can’t view live view or playback. But credit payment still works. I am so frustrated dealing with this. Email and email. All for a inexperience person tells me. All I have to do is uninstall and install the app. Meanwhile. App update has made my dashcam useless
Has this app update even been tested by the software programmers? I can no longer access my video files from my dashcam. I can’t log into the app and I when I click on the change password or create account icon, nothing is sent to my email address.

Look for improvement
I have 3 star is becoz I’m a new user and purchased DR900x -2CH, honestly the app compare to regular home cam it is really unstable, it constant disconnect when I connected via cloud service to see the previous record and live view. I really regret why I purchased the LTE Module if the cloud service is constant disconnecting when you try to connect with your dash when u really need it, yet it fail to proceed Accordingly And over exaggerated or advertised, which is false advertisement (service) accordingly to the law but yet I hope the company should focus the app flawless service so we all can connnect the cloud as we need it, instead of always wait the connection back on and try our luck.Show lessjoe288888
Buy Another Brand, Videos no longer easily accessed
BlackVue has made a horrible marketing decision to now push a subscription app with the last update. You can no longer easily access videos through the app without endless attempts to get you to subscribe. Worse, without strong data reception, you cannot connect to your camera easily. The emergency access mode prompt that comes up after several failed attempts is useless. I will switch to another brand. The main point of a dash cam is to easily access the video in an emergency. My vehicle was rear-ended in a parking lot and the responding officer was starting believe the driver that hit me after watching me fumble with the app. The app is that much of a joke now that it is comical to attempt to connect to the camera. Luckily, I had my laptop and all was well after I pulled the file. If you need to grab a plate quickly after a hit and run, good luck with the Blackvue brand.Show lessNYRGC

Thank you for fixing some of the bugs, it still logs me out at times, but overall way better compared to the last few monthsfixit asap

“Internal Error”
App worked fine for a day. Now I can’t access live view from cloud, only through wifi. Another day has passed and now I can’t even access the cameras functions anymore as it keeps saying “internal error” whenever I try to connect through cloud or wifi, what the heck even setting up cloud it gives me “internal error”. Getting Better
While the app is still not what is used to be, I will say I have noticed significant improvements to the user experience with the most recent round of updates and bug fixes. Please continue to make improvements BlackVue!!!Toyhunector
