I now can’t view or download my DDR650s images just when I need them - the app can’t find the camera despite it being connected on the phones Wi-Fi.
Tried the desktop app and no either. Legacy app shows all the files on there but won’t play video. Great when I bought the camera and everything worked but now I need it it’s let me down. Waste of money.Show lessNo longer using blackvue
Never had so many problems with an app
Crazy how these people charge you the amount on these cameras and can’t even get a functioning app. I haven’t installed these camera in a year and the app is 20x worse . I literally can’t even access anything thru it . It freezes a lot. Loads extremely slow. Wish I honestly never even got these cameras.Show lessdontusesnap
Worst quality ever for dashcam
I have a DR750S-2ch and I can say, apart I’m changing cards one after other, the video quality it’s very bad. Either is FHD or HD, the quality’s the same. Apart from dashcams, now I’m writing a review for the app. Also the app I find it difficult to work with. They mixt up necessary buttons all over the menus.
I’m thinking of moving but don’t know what to chose, Garmin or Nextbase. No more BlackVue. Extra money for brand only, but not for quality.Show lessghrsilviu
Can no longer download videos from the app storage to the phone storage
Sadly, this new app is made a mess of things. It’s much harder to find an export option, and then once you do export locally to the app, there is no way to export the video files to your iPhone. The old app had an option to export to Photos, please bring that back as paying an exorbitant amount in US dollars just for cloud storage it’s not an option for me to the fact I don’t have any Wi-Fi near the car park. Please add back the option to export the video files from the app to my local photos library.Show lessRaven75
Camera is no longer useable due to App
The app is no longer compatible or just completely buggy that I can’t make changes to camera or even set it up. I have 2 $600 cameras that are now trash. BlackVue has no support.CommanderRobert
Brilliant dashcam with the worst app
I’ve been with blackvue for a long time now. Got a 2nd dashcam for the new car. I’ve decided to download the app and connect it to the cloud, but it doesn’t work. Can only view the videos while i’m sitting in the car, it doesn’t allow me switch from wifi to cloud settings. Tried it multiple times already and still no cloud. Really, truly trash
Only one person can login in at a time. For any user who logs in, anyone else that was logged in will automatically get kicked out. For every other dash cam I’ve used, you can create multiple log ins to access the same camera, or at least multiple people can use the same login. This is clearly not difficult to achieve. The interface is clunky. Don’t make my mistake. Listen to everyone and just don’t buy from this company.Show lessJohnSHK

Every firmware update has rendered my 750x LTE useless. For the past 6 months of the year that I have owned this, I have been unable to live steam view or receive iPhone notifications for events noticed by the camera. On top of all this, the latest 1.009 version has been installed on my camera about 10 times now and it still won’t register that the camera is no longer in version 1.006.
I would honestly steer clear of buying any BlackVue products until these issues have been fully resolved. I will save and repost this review on every new version of the BlackVue app because they release multiple versions yearly in order to start fresh with 0 bad reviews!Show lessFursudethedude
Lacking key features
The inability to automatically upload events recorded on the SD to the cloud when parked is disappointing. The automatic upload feature only works at the time of the event, meaning you need a mobile internet connection to utilise this feature. It would be beneficial to allow events recorded through the day to be dumped to the cloud once the car is parked and connected to a home wifi. Not happy
Blackvue apps is not user friendly anymore. This apps is pushing upgrade to icloud if you dont like it ,so hard to navigate your cam.this is my first and last dashcam.O00pp!!! again
