Terrible App
The paid cloud doesn’t work. Everything about this app is terrible. The developer apparently hires 1st graders as engineers and it really shows with this app. It will not work most of the time and when it does, it is simply by a stroke of luck. Despite having the worst app rating in the store, their last update was over 2 months ago. That is how much they care to take these issues seriously. Do yourself a favor, buy another brand. Wifi not working
Wifi dosnt work without internet connection?? What the hell??? Never usta do this before. I will have to call in then and complain.PacoTaco76
Disgusted with BlackVue
I’ve had two DR- 750S cameras for a number of years, one in mine and one in my wife’s car.
I’ve always been able to connect to both of them on separate WiFi networks and view and configure the dashcams as appropriate.
Now BlackVue have changed the app so I can only connect to one dashcam unless I subscribe to the cloud feature for $12 a month.
I don’t want the cloud features, so BlackVue have basically hobbled my second camera and held me to ransom unless I pay them a subscription.
Pretty disgusting behaviour really.
I’ll be looking for a new dashcam soon and would recommend that you do not purchase one of these due to these undesirable practices that the manufacturer has undertaken.Show lesschristianfrench
The worst app I’ve ever seen
Updated my 2 dash cam recently and both not working anymore, app itself too confusing also it took and wasted 3 hours of my time but still not connecting and keep trying but no receiving any emails to change password ……..very disappointing 😟Hydejhgfd
App Occasionally Works. By occasionally I mean almost never.
I regret buying this dashcam. I don’t even know if the images are okay because this piece of garbage app is impossible to use. I have been on the phone with “support” three times and I still can’t view a video. The app will connect to my camera maybe 1 inn50 times that I try and on that 50th time it invariably loses the connection in <5 seconds before you can actually watch anything. I can’t believe the company made such a garbage app which renders their dashcams useless.Show lessEwen's mom

I’ve had Blackvue cameras in my cars since before they launched in Australia when everything was written in chinese. I’m not sure why I keep subjecting myself to the frustration because in order to access the camera footage on the app the planets have to align and even then it operates functionally only 15% of the time if that. I have cycled the camera and app so many times that if I had a dollar I would be able to buy a different branded camera and move on with my lifeShow lessLaladop

Great app but needs more improvements there's nothing out there that gives you the access that this app gives you with your blackVue camera so it does the job but like I said needs a lot improvement, recently the app got an update but it's missing the option dark more, also I recently bought the DR770X box standard and the gps it's not working, the quality of the videos is worse than my DR750X 3 channel to be honest I'm About to sell the new one I don't really like the video quality, it has a lot of issues, at least. I already send BlackVue a email to se what they Can so about it but the camera has a lot of issues with my old one was everything was perfect but now with the new camera I have a lot of issues I though I was goin to have better video quality but I dint
BlackVue needs to add the darkmode in the app it's way more comfortable for my eye and a lot of people will agreed with meShow lessjotavivo
Waste of time and money!
If I could give negative stars I would! The one time I needed the footage because of a break in, I learned the camera wasn’t recording because it was incorrectly installed!! Another $900 and it might work… I don’t know because figuring out how to view camera footage is next to impossible and if you think there is any customer service, think again!!! BlackVue is an appropriate name for this product…. Cause you can see black and you certainly can’t see anything from this equipment!!!Show lessQueenDivaStar

I still can’t access the app without internet. I have the non cloud dash cam just need direct wifi and still won’t let me start the app without internet.TinyMito
Worst Update
Please go back to the old version. I cant even use it without internet. Bombarded with disgusting ads for a subscription. The new UI is horrible. Never seen an app fall off this hard.
Since no action was taken I downgraded and spoofed the version number to stop forced updates. Guess I had the last laugh.Show lessJ9ey
