Update lost all my previous order history
With the update, I can’t log back in because the “reset password” option doesn’t work it boots you to the previous screen and doesn’t send an email link. I had my order down perfect and could just press “reorder” now I have to fight the appmagnira
No Apple pay option
It Would be better if the app can use Apple pay.Fish rain from outer space
Needs improvements
Starting a new order is a lenghty process. The app should include a default/favorite store to order from for regulars (like myself).
Also the option the use rewards does not show up when chcking out my cart, even if I have $5 rewards left to use on my profile.aiPuffin

The old version of this app was bad, but this one’s bonus extra: although at least you add bowls one at a time now rather than add all, customize all, now there’s new creative types of pain like “extra” ingredients beyond the first five being in an entirely different category, no Apple Pay or credit card auto completion, and my old account is just gone?Show lessxwjl

I do not like that when you order on the app you can’t modify each bowl. For example on the old app I could order 2 balboa bowls and remove onions from one. On the updated app it doesn’t allow for individual changes. I would call the store but they don’t answer the phone.owenHoll

Didn’t get order but was charged
The new app didn’t communicate my order to delivery people. I called the store and they said door dash didn’t pick it up and I didn’t have a way of connecting with door dash. Didn’t get my order but got charged. Uncool.BeeKay72
