Can’t check in online due to glitches
Supposed to be benefits if you check in online, which I’d love!
…but app forces you to complete profile before checking in (fine)…but it can’t find guest info using rewards numbers (error message), so you have to fill in a full profile form…which is broken - contact country is shaded out and locked to the USA. So if you live anywhere else, you can’t fill it in…which means you can’t check in…which means no upgrade or whatever benefit that was promised. Super frustrating.Show lessBlendywork

Your app doesn’t work. The minute you click ‘reserve’ the app shuts down. I’ve tried numerous times and I give up. I don’t even want to imagine how much money you’re losing with this. I’m any other business, this would be a P1 issue- but based on previous comments you are not committed to make improvements on the digital experience of your app.Show lessNay0987654321

As others have said, this app does not work. They ask you to check in on it, but you can’t. They say you can make dinner reservations on it, but you can’t. They should just scrap the whole thing and start over. This app was just the start of the inconveniences we had staying at our resort in Punta Cana.Show lessKay9795

I have followed prompts to download and login to app. When I tried to log in with my Meliá rewards information I got an error message. When I tried to make an account, I received an error message. After reading other reviews I am nervous about this potential complication for my impending trip.VerrazanoVampire
Terrible service
Can’t do anything without using the App that is impossible to install. Why can they not leave a simple room service menu in your room? Why do you need the App to make dinner reservations? Horrible and annoying.sillymrsds

It just doesn’t work! You fill in all the requested info, it loses half of it as you enter the rest, after re entering the create account button doesn’t work. Tried several times and will now delete. If you are going to have an app Melia it needs to work or it does reflect on your group.Martyn3098

I’m sorry to say but this app does not work and it’s unfortunate since the whole reservation is based off on this app to order any room service or amenities or etc. please fix.sweetietieu
never worked for me
the app never allowed me to check in and always threw errors. it never changed my point count from zero. plus, you can’t delete it from iPhone 16chris in dc 35
