  • App doesn’t work

    Booked though another website this time. They need to update the app so even if you booked at any website, it should find your booking. If you are a rewards member.

    The hotel itself in Punta Cana is beautiful. But if the app works properly it would be a good stay.
  • App doesn’t work

    I spent 45 minutes trying to check in online, but app usually gives me an error message when I try to log in and on the rare occasions when I do get through it eventually crashes and you make no progress. I deleted the app from my phone as it does not do anything but irritate me and drain my iPhone battery. Whatever amenities are only available on the app are not really available. I wish I had read the other reviews before wasting my time downloading it and attempting to use it.

  • I pay too much for this to be a piece of crap.

    I’ve been trying since 8am this morning it is now 2 in the afternoon trying to get the app to work. It takes 30 minutes just for the app to load and I have the IPhone 13 Pro Max. I have tried to order room service and it still doesn’t work. A huge brand like this should have a better app. I paid tons of money to stay at the hotel in Zanzibar and can’t even order room service. What a shame. I love the property but the staff are rude and mock you specifily the manager at the jetty. I loved the cleaning crew the most of all the staff. They weren’t intrusive and gave me time to rest and came and cleaned when I was out of the room. The staff play games instead of serving people who want to order. I am at a loss of words.

  • This App is like the Hotel worthless

    The app just flat out doesn’t work. Trying to find my own reservation and I can’t because when it goes there it switches to Spanish. Room service menu no where to be found on app and the guest services says that’s where it’s found. And no other menu in hotel for room service. This place is a joke DO NOT STAY AT THIS JOKE OF A HOTEL. Motel 6 offers way better customer service than this “resort” does.

  • Garbage

    Posted all o er the resort are signs saying to use this app. The thing is you can’t get past the registration screen. No matter how many times you reinstall or change devices. It’s completely useless. I’d give it less stars if I could.
  • App won’t log me in

    I downloaded the app in the past. I tried using it to contact a hotel I have a reservation at. The app won’t recognize my password. When I try to reset it, it won’t accept a new password. When I try to create a new account I am not allowed. There is no way to get help with the app. I’d like a way to communicate to someone who works at melia in Mallorca.

  • Cannot log in

    I don’t know if this is just the latest version but there is no option to log in to my account. Without being able to log in the app is obviously utterly useless. Please fix it!
  • What is the point of this app exactly?

    It says you can check in online, upgrade your room, and make reservations to restaurants. Checked in online, upgraded the room, got confirmation of all of it and then went to make reservations and it said sorry can’t do cause you have NOT checked in yet. Are you kidding me? Sign out, sign back in and low and behold it says I’ve done the online check-in, but my upgraded room?! Nope still the same one as before. And am I able to reserve restaurants? Nope. This app is useless.

  • Constant pop up

    I haven’t been able to do anything on either App or Website because every time I try to access my account and bookings a popup asking to change my password pops up literally every time I do anything. I can’t access my account on the app because it prompts me to change my password, it won’t even let me in like on the website.
