  • Terrible app

    Awful app and offered no other options to check in remotely.
    App has so many glitches - including not allowing any form of ID to expire at a date in the future!
    Hopefully the stay will be amazing because the ‘experience’ so far has been awful.
    Word of advice - don’t bother with the app just check in when you get there

  • Doesn’t work

    Tried creating an account 5 times. Keeps saying your password has expired even if I try creating a new one. I gave up. Ill check-in in person. Not worth my time.

  • Don’t use for room service it doesn’t come

    We used the app to order room service … after half an hour we called reception and it turns out that orders of room services aren’t even visible to the hotel. We had to re order and it took another half n hour. This is such a bad app. It’s weird because it’s not even that expensive to develop a “good enough” app. This one is just bad (sorry developers it must be dispiriting getting so many bad reviews) :(

  • Terrible

    I haven’t even gotten to the resort and I can’t sign into the app!! It recognizes my email but when i put in forgot password says my email isn’t correct . So I try to redo all my info and says it already exists . It’s a vicious circle. I hope this isn’t what you use for dinner reservations! I’m going to be livid!!

  • Terrible app

    We love the concept of the app (making things covid safe and saving on printing for the environment) that sounds like a brilliant idea but this app doesn’t work!! We’re sat in our room unable to have room service because the app doesn’t work, unable to book a table at any of the restaurants because the app doesn’t work and when you get into a restaurant unable to see the menu because the app doesn’t work!!!!

  • Really disappointing app

    I’m due to travel to a Meliá hotel in a few weeks & thought I’d download the app to get organised. It took forever to log into my account - I had my reward card details but it wouldn’t let me register, kept coming up with error screens. After several attempts I managed to register on the main website and then login using those details on the app. But then when I started scrolling through my hotel details it kept crashing. Useless!

  • Still not working

    In the previous persons review the developer said they would get on ASAP and fix the booking problem. That was September 21. Now it’s Jan 22 and I feel for the other persons woes. Maybe the developer is on holiday? Who knows, all I can say is they did not fix anything. We’re currently trying to use the app but it won’t book a restaurant, sometimes when it does we get a phone call from reception saying it should not have let us. Then they book a restaurant which is then cancelled on the app so we turn up with no restaurant booked at all. No booking, no food. Not a 5 star hotel nor a 5 star app for sure, I expect better.

  • dont stay in these hotels

    the app is horrible and they make everything go through it. our trip to playa del carmen was ruined because we couldnt make dinner reservations, do activities, or have any fun because the app didnt work for our booking. the staff were horrible and just kept saying use the app. ive seen third grade computer science projects produce apps that work 20 times better than this garbage

  • Hopeless app. Doesn’t seem to be tested.

    This app is very poor. Doesn’t appear to have been tested properly as lots of navigation problems. You click on links in just the wrong way and it doesn’t work. Also because it is slow and unresponsive you are never sure what the problem is. Then I only found the booking by accident swiping up on see hotel services. The main link via you booking on hotel experiences just sends you in a loop to nowhere. Main issue is if you try and book something it just says you have to login on the homepage- even if you are logged in. So the whole point of booking stuff is impossible. Pretty pointless.

  • This app is useless

    I wish I could give it a zero.
    We (tried) using this app on a recent vacation at Melia Caribe Beach and it worked for first day, that too it was very slow and information was easy to find.
    My family and friends traveling with us had same issues. I have used the same app in other Melia properties and it was a tad better.
