  • App doesn’t really work

    Every time I try to make a reservation or anything the app tells me sign in on the home page but I’m already signed in. How do you fix that?

  • It doesn’t work

    I like that you can check the balance on your account but that’s all you can do. You are supposed to be able to make reservations and requests but you can’t do any of that. Pointless.
  • Still no good - anyone at Melia reading these reviews?!

    This is such a poor app. I understand why they want you to use to book meals to help with social distancing etc in these times but you can’t! We tried to use at Gran Melia Palacio de Isora. Can’t book a restaurant in the evening being if you have already booked the same one for breakfast - despite the fact there is only one for breakfast and everyone is booked in automatically! I cancelled one restaurant for dinner but then couldn’t book the same one for lunch as the cancellation was on the app but recognised. One restaurant was “reservations only” but there was no reserve option against it. Loved the whole holiday part from this utterly useless app. Get it fixed!!

  • Won’t be returning to Meliá resorts

    Honestly, the experience this app provides is so bad that I’m doubtful to ever return to a Meliá resort, given their heavy emphasis on using it.

    Slow to load any information, completely un-intuitive design, inability to leverage many hotel services from within it - oh, and it never actually worked at all for my spouse on the same trip, so she was wholly reliant on me to do anything.

    This app needs a ground-up redesign and re-write. Won’t be returning to a Meliá resort until they’ve done so.

  • App does not work

    I can’t complete by check in process because it just closes out. It asks me to update the guest information but then closes out of the app every time I try to do it. What is the point of having this app if you can’t use it?
  • Does not work

    I enter al the information for my stay, it recognizes me as it has me pick the name staying in the room, but when I try to enter the hotel experience-ERROR! Very frustrating especially during COVID when everything has different hours and menus
  • Sub-par developers

    While the design and intended use is decent, the app has a lot of bus including the ID drop down being broken, which means you cannot save a travel companion from a booking, add a travel companion, or update your profile. The date selectors are finicky. It took me a while to figure out “expedition” was “issue date.” Please update the app if you are marketing it and expect your guests to use it!

  • App never Worked from day 1

    Every employee at the hotel tells you to use the app. HOWEVER the app doesn’t work. You cant check itenerary for resort activities any where else but the app (that doesn’t work), you cant reserve to eat dinner, which is mandatory if you want to eat dinner, but the app does not work and all the guest are left arguing with the staff just to eat. It’s ridiculous. I dont get why they cant just post the activities on another platform or on a paper and tape it to the wall. Also why they make it mandatory to reserve to eat dinner but lunch and breakfast you just wait in line for your turn. by the way not 1 employee knows how to work the app but they just say check the app or you have to do it on the app -_- train your staff on how to use the app if you are forcing the guest to done Everything on it

  • Doesn’t work

    Even when logged in during a stay it does not appear to fully work. Not sure reservations actually went through. Can’t view anything on my agenda. Or else we have no agenda haha. Looking at restaurant menus seems to be only useful part of app.
  • Useless

    Hotel could not provide usable app code; unable to use it at all and not helpful beyond family concierge using WhatsApp
